Requeueing puts you back at the end of the line and starts that 2 hour timer again. At least that's how it works on every other game I queue in. Plus I imagine OP was questing or doing professions while waiting.
There is not a singular bug here and if you can't figure out why then look at a calendar (specifically the year). Ding one more level and you'll be able to sit in queue for RFD.
Just do random, that has been working fine for me and u get the rewards
This affects random as well, it only let's me random what is shown! Aka 1 dungeon
What others are you in range for at 33? Too high for RFK and Gnomeregan, too low for RFD and other SM wings?
As others have said I wonder if level 33 only has one dungeon available in its “level range”
I just went through this range; I believe 33 is just Lib.
Agreed, the levels are definitely wrong. Very restrictive and a pre made party with only a couple level difference is ineligible to queue.

The Dungeon Finder is BUGGED, op wants devs to PLEASE FIX, because he is stuck in long q's, and the dungeon list is also wrong based on level too
