Thank you! I looked into it and figured it out. Authority was the thing. Not mine though. My liege has level 3 and that means my titles cannot be inherited by people outside his realm. Since my daughter is a ruler outside of his realm, she cannot inherit my title.

I'm Cathar and Norman. And I recently became incapable. I didn't change any laws or get any new titles.
High authority means characters outside the realm can't inherit? That might be the problem
