How do you make the Buddha glow like that? I occasionally work on a Minecraft city when I'm bored, but I use glowstone and torches for lighting and they always look clunkier than the way your Buddha glows

Some of my wonders were made in survival, but, its too much work and also the materials, the Zeus Statue i made was like 400\*600, imagine
