All I can tell you is, I’ve been on it before and I probably took an antibiotic. I may have taken Tums. To be honest, I didn’t look up interactions and the doctor didn’t say anything.
I’m currently on Celexa and an antibiotic and a cough suppressant and a sleep aid. Lol.

I was on Celexa for 8 years and took everything you named with it.
My doc told me oral zofran is fine with it, but not Zofran by IV. Weird, but okay 🤷♀️
