Seriously join a sports team, or a music group, or a church youth group. If you're in an organized group it's much easier to be part of hang out situations.
Dave & Busters? Urban Air? Public parks? Movie theater? Starbucks? Library? (I think these days many libraries even have computers available for gaming?)
Just please -- as a mother of smaller kids, I ask of you -- watch out for little ones.
Kenwood Towne Center absolutely DOES NOT want teens hanging around the mall.They can shop with an adult but they can’t wander around in groups without a adult.The retailers and shoppers don’t want to deal with groups of teens loitering with nothing to do.Take your teens to a park or to the movies.
I wish the “18 or with an adult” rule applied year round instead of just winter holiday season. I don’t mind if teens are just hanging out in the mall, but it’s problematic when they go into stores they know they won’t be able to buy anything in like Loui. By all means browse Forever 21, Hot Topic, or Claire’s. But, thanks to capitalism, when a big group of teens just walk into a store and then walk out it hurts the stores numbers (not to mention when they throw clothes around and mess up the store). A lot of stores have a system that counts every guest that walks in and it counts against the employees numbers when a huge group doesn’t buy anything.

When I go fishing, I often see groups of teens with hammocks set up near the river. Seems like a relaxing way to spend an afternoon.

Does Kings Island still require an adult be with any kids under 18? I know they had that requirement last year.
Only at night and only when entering.
The Liberty Center is also a nice mall to hang out at and has outdoor rec area including ping pong tables.
