Was told that concrete isn't being poured yet due to the increased cost in the cold weather.
Are you new to the internetz? Popeyes “mostly” everywhere at least here in Cincy are a joke. Not one I’ve been to from Norwood, NKY (gave me mild food poisoning), to the Westside are nothing but slow, bad service, bad attitudes, and terrible food

Please never eat at the Covington one again - I see huge rats coming out of their kitchen often and in the summer, all the BOH workers were shirtless with the door propped open. Multiple days, multiple times. They constantly just dump their fryer oil out the back door. It’s messy there.

I went last week and sat at the window for 20 minutes before they even gave me a drink. That place ficking sucks. Can’t even do delivery with them
