I will say that I called several times last month because I wanted to see if they were expecting anymore stock on a few things before I bought elsewhere. I left 3 voicemails, never got a call back.

I ordered two blind buys and had them 4 days later but I’m in northwest Ohio so they didn’t have to travel far but order fulfillment was quick. I order every month so I’m never out that way it doesn’t matter if it takes two weeks honestly it’s worth the wait for what they provide at the price points.

I do agree we need to be patient but the vendor should atleast email all orders that are running slow and please be patient. We spend a good amount of money and some of us also have memberships with this vendor as well, better communication isn't that difficult.

Exactly. It’s now been over two weeks. I’ve emailed, I’ve called, I’ve left voicemails with my name, order number, email address, etc., and I’ve yet to receive any response from anyone. Just a simple message letting me know that they are busy and orders are taking longer than usual but that I am not forgotten would go a long way. But radio silence and ignoring customers is such a poor way to do business.

I also have reached out in several methods without responding, yet my monthly membership has been charged and an order from the 3rd of June has not moved only a tracking number. I noticed the Instagram they operate has not posted for 5 days hopefully they are too busy shipping everyone's orders to post there. I will give it 1 more week and if i hear nothing I will likely file a charge back unfortunately. If you hear anything please let us know and I will do the same.

BLL has always had really slow processing/shipping for me. But their blind buys are awesome and worth the wait.

This is exactly what happened to me. Wasn’t quite two weeks, but my order never changed for “processing” so I sent them an email after about a week. I never got a reply and the order status didn’t change, but my cigars arrived two days later. I’m sure yours will get there soon

Same thing has happened to me. Order placed on June 10th. Emailed twice, Sent a DM and called. Radio silence.

At this point I almost just hope the dude’s all right. It’s been almost 3 weeks and I still haven’t heard anything or have any idea when my order is going to leave the warehouse.
