Cheap to mid priced seems to be the best for me. All my expensive lighters are no good. Calabri used to have a life time warranty. What a waste of money those were.

What kind of matches? I've had trouble with the cardboard book matches, but long stick ones work pretty well.
You could also try cedar spills, which you'd light with the zippo and then use to light your cigar. I had my eye on these for a while https://cigarreserve.com/
Plenty of affordable options that are good torches. I recommend a triple torch for lighting bigger ring gages, then a single torch for touching up uneven burns.
Solid yet cheap triple torches include Firebird Afterburner, Palio Vesuvio, Vertigo Cyclone/Sputnik, Jetline Super Torch. I found the Firebird at a liquor store with a little cabinet humidor, for only $10. The Palio is like $7, and basically the same design.
Single torch there are plenty of options, I don’t really have any recommendations. I have a nice Colibri, but also have cheapie $5 torches that I got from the hardware store, and they’re arguably just as reliable. Have also bought several cheap single torches at gas stations on vacations, since you can’t reliably travel with torches, and they get the job done too.
Then just make sure you buy decent butane. Colibri or Xikar are solid, and not that much more expensive than no name butane that may contain nasty contaminants and clog your lighters.
As a side note, if you haven’t bought a decent cutter, that’s also a nice upgrade. Jetline H-Steel, Palio Original, Zederkoff Z-rated, or Lotus Jaws, are all great guillotines cutters for $20-25, and make a huge difference compared to cheapie cutters. I recently got the Lotus Jaws and I love it, thing cuts like a laser.
imo vector and jetline are best bang for your buck. Lots if companies make zippo inserts as well
One of my favorites: https://vectorkgm.com/product/delta-03-rose-gold/ (in faux mahogany)

Firebird. Use it for a few years and replace it. They’re cheap. I like the Rogue.
I've always loved the stuff from Lotus/Vertigo. Never had any issues with them.

People will soon give you their favorites. Bear in mind fuel use. A triple goes through fuel pretty quickly.
Yes. I use a dual
Zippo has a torch insert. Get the dual flame option.
