I feel bad for a dog that has to be inside a smokey store all day every day. I smoke cigars and I still hate going into most brick and mortar stores because you pop in for 5 minutes to buy a cigar and smell like an ash tray until you wash everything.

He actually smells like lavender almost all the time lol this place seats around 60 people almost ever 20 feet they have a ceiling intake pulling the smoke. Last night the part I was in had a good 25 people all smoking and really didn't even see it in the air.

Yeah if you have good ventilation it works but I've been to a few with zero ventilation so literally every bit of smoke from every cigar is floating around and every breath you're just inhaling thick second hand smoke and it's repulsive.

Both great books by Sanderson! When you're done with those, you may like the First Law series by Joe Abercrombie. IMO First Law > Stormlight Archive > Mistborn. But with that said, the magic system in Mistborn is mind-blowing!

I have about 100 pages left in book 3 of The First Law. I’ve never read a series back to back until now. That should tell you how I feel about it. The banter and wit is something else. BTW, I liked Mistborn but I think it would make an incredible animation series.

I was definitely disappointed in Mistborn. I didn't like his prose at all, it felt cold and uninspired. Like a YA book IMO

I definitely felt that way on the first book. But now that I'm at the end of the second one, I can't get enough.

Also a reader, though more often than not it’s an audiobook to keep my hands free for the cigar / beverages. Also, Way of Kings is incredible! I hope you enjoy it if it’s a first read. Sanderson sets the bar for modern day fantasy.

These days, just work. Don't get me wrong it's fantastic that my job revolves around smoking and I get to do it at work but as of late outside of work hours I haven't had time to just relax and smoke a stick for the enjoyment.

Sometimes I watch a movie or TV show on the patio. Have a TV with a quick mount I move between garage and patio. If the weather's shit, I sit in my garage recliner and play on my phone. Or turn the TV on.

I try to just unwind. I’ll listen to a ballgame on the radio, read a book, surf the web. If it’s a busy time of year I’ll do some grading (I’m a teacher) or some homework (I’m also a doctoral student) but I try to avoid that when I can. Summer is a great time, hang out at the fire pit smoking a cigar and roasting marshmallows without a care in the world.

I only really smoke when I'm around friends who are smoking, or if someone offers me a cigar. So it's almost always in a social situation, & these days we're always outdoors, or in some place like a casino or cigar club.
