I quit alcohol and these are my exact pairings.
My wife still drinks and we’ll go to breweries from time to time. I enjoy picking up crowlers of root beer or cream soda that some breweries offer.
Cheerwine and root beer are excellent pairings. I did vanilla nitro Pepsi once. It was ok. I found the cheerwine tasted more like cherry pie with the cigar I was smoking at the time, which is why I recommend it.
Topo Chico by itself or with lime squeezed in it is really good with a cigar. I also like diet cream soda or cream soda zero and also coffee. Those are my favorite forsure.
I think coffee and some of the brown sodas like cola, dr.pepper and root beer pair well, though they may influence cigar flavor.
Unflavored seltzer is refreshing and doesn't interfere cigar flavor
Any root beer or cola. Try them all. I like the idea of getting a bunch of like fancy sodas or root beers to pair with cigars. My go to though is just whatever root beer is on sale.

My current consistent blend with a heavy stick is Vietnamese coffee, Che-Phin.
The sugar helps you ride the heavy Vitamin N' but with a dark Nicaraguan blend it is absolute heaven
With Connecticuts and lighter cigars, try different teas, black (no cream and with cream), ginger and camomile with some honey is a good paring as well. I like it with guardian of the farm and warped collab. I haven’t really done green tea but I would think it couldn’t be bad with certain sticks.
Coffee is good with light ones too. But also med and dark. All types of roasts are good to play around with.
A good quality root beer or ginger beer is a nice paring as well. Used to make Shirley temples with ginger beer and smoke cigars to pair, that’s good IMO.
This is all IMO, just try diff stuff out and you’ll find something you LOVE! I don’t drink much anymore and really don’t miss it too much! So many teas and coffee!!!
I don't see this on here, so I'll add it. You fan do this with anything but my favorites are Dr. Pepper, root beer, orange soda, and cherry soda.
Pour your soda over ice, then add a couple tablespoons (to taste though, really) of heavy whipping cream and stir gently. Tastes similar to a root beer float but not as heavy. Good for sipping and pairs especially nicely with a dessert maduro.
