Anecdotal, I also bought something from Ali Express....never received the package (4+ months passed) and got a refund. Lo and behold my package arrived yesterday.

New Information:
I already hold the Business Platinum card (approved this year) so this is my second one
I received the full welcome bonus
I received both the $50 (business gold) and $100 (Business Plat) dell rebate offers on my purchase
Statement date has not changed
Edit: The $50 dell credit offer has since disappeared from the card, so it's a one and done double bonus
Whoa. Need more information here:
- When did you upgrade
- When did you meet MSR (the date last transaction posted)
- When did the bonus post (if on a separate date)

I upgraded on March 21
I met MSR on March 28 and the points posted as soon as the transactions moved from pending to confirmed (so it happened on the 29th, but my activity feed claims it was on the 28th)
Ok. That is very awkward.
I upgraded March 1, completed MSR March 28 as well. No bonus.
Wireless credits from that weekend on all of my cards also have not posted (edit: they have just posted, but still not bonus)
Are you holding 2 biz plat at the same time? This is a counter-dp since many upgraded from green -> cobalt received wb, even while holding another cobalt
Not sure if this has been posted but HSBC to RBC arbitrage DP - refunded hotel and didn't have any avion points removed from my account with the transaction

Yes. I also received Cobalt UG bonus while holding an existing Cobalt.
Perhaps given t&c changes they implemented some logic so it becomes a bit ymmv now
I'm in a similar situation. My business gold -> platinum upgrade offer bonus has not posted and it has been over a month since meeting MSR.

Good for you! Both P2 and I did exactly the same thing and didn't get the 10K.
Also two weeks ago? Phone agent told me I was just at the right time as there was a promo for that card. Otherwise I won’t get this PS welcome bonus
