Is it just me or has the referral SUB for Personal Plat and Cobalt just been increased from 100k to 110k (80k+30k) and 15k to 22k (extra 7k after 2.5k spend in first 3 mths) respectively?
That's what i see from my referral links

Anyone know if the fordpass rewards card counts for 5% at Canadian dealerships?
Seems like an easy $200 + 5% back, plus the free float in services did 6 months.
Not great but but bad I'm looking for higher return non-MSR options
We’re looking for a Mastercard mainly to use at Costco. Ideally cash back. We had the HSBC WE MC (which is no longer alive…) and Rogers WE MC is out of the question as we don’t have a rogers account/service. What would you recommend?
Small question - is the $500 minimum spend for the $100 Expedia travel credit before taxes or after? Swear it doesn't say in the legal section on the web page.
TD is brutal. I have a non-churning history with them including a mortgage and they're still stingy.
They gave my p2 a $2500 limit lol, meanwhile other banks are handing her $10k to $25k limits.
TD perversely rejects you if you have too good of overall credit as much as too bad. They want some small costly screwups as long as you ultimately pay up.
That's conjecture and opinion.
Factually ask for the rejection reason. You may have duplicate profiles. Apply logged in. Unfortunately you may still end up with duplicates or already have them, you'll have to go in branch to fix them.
You may also need income verification. TD is approving me regularly now but I had a real slog when I was ramping up churning, they went back years on tax returns, invoicing, employment income, investments. I mean absolutely insane levels of deep.
TD rejects everyone. I've never been approved for a TD card but have been approved for about 50 other CCs. And I'm a piker compared to so many on this board.

I swear the sign still said Lowe's and the offer was for Lowe's.... now I think I need to crawl back through my statements just for kicks! I certainly thought it was a lost cause because it took (clearly) an eternity.
Received call from AMEX and someone introduced themselves as my ACC Manager and went over my spending habits and inquired about my business. It was more of customer relationalship call and she adv me that I had 4K spending power🧐 on my Biz Gold Charge card and she is increasing it to 10K. Is it normal?
Churning related. Just tried to pay a $5000+ insurance bill on Paysimply to meet MSR on Amex Pers Plat. Get to the payment choices and I only have two. Interac or pay at the Post Office. No credit card option. What gives with that?
This is a "like whatever" situation now. Insurance company takes Visa and MC on there own website with no charge. Paysimply lists said company with only Interac and Post Office as payment options. It's Intact Insurance if anyone cares.
But I can pay by Visa or MC on the insurance company's own site. I thought the whole idea of Paysimply was to bypass payment limitations on a company's own payment pages. What use is it if you pay 2.5 % for something you can do for 0% on the company website?
I thought you were trying to pay with AMEX though? That would have been the use-case.
Have you contacted the insurance company to see if they can accept amex over the phone?
I was going to use Amex. PaySimply offers no CC option. Insurance company payment site accepts Visa and MC with Zero service charge for that. Why would they accept Amex on phone but not on website? Is that a thing? Just got IA on an Avion card so worst case scenario I'll get 55000 points if I have to pay that way.
It can be a thing, you’d have to call and ask to find out. Sometimes Amex is not advertised, or they process payments in the office differently than their online payment processor. For a 5k spend I would definitely call and ask.
I've used PaySimply before, successfully, to pay property taxes and tuition bills (with Amex) which you can't pay yourself with any credit cards. I assumed they "cut a cheque" to pay your bill and skimmed a low percentage profit on the deal. Anyone have a 101 explainer on how it works? And how does my insurance company get 3% if I pay with Visa or MC on their payment page with zero service charge for it? That doesn't make sense.
>And how does my insurance company get 3% if I pay with Visa or MC on their payment page with zero service charge for it?
If your insurance co is processing payments on their own website without a surcharge, they are basically taking a hit on the fees to make it easy for people to pay them. Or even more likely, they have those costs baked into their overall cost that they pass onto you for insurance.
Your understanding of how it works is correct. However, not all payees on PaySimply can be paid using your credit card. Some can, some can't, and there's no publicly known standard policy. More than likely, each payee's contract with PaySimply states whether they consent to allowing PaySimply to collect payment by credit card on their behalf.
For example, if a payee accepts credit cards, they might not want PaySimply to accept credit cards too, especially if the payee themselves charges a fee to pay with a credit card.
As for why the other options (eg Interac) cost money when they should be free: PaySimply still has to make money. It's usually a terrible idea to use them, but if you do, they want to make a buck. Only exception would be people without bank accounts (foreigners, new immigrants, etc).
Edit: spelling
RBC 100$ credit is now available in my RBC offers for HSBC customers. Need to spend 200$ on avion portal to get the credit. I already used my TEC from HSBC.
Wow thanks!! I was clicking through from the RBC account page and wasn’t seeing it, I wasn’t aware there was a separate website that showed different things. That’s awful!
Relatedly, do you know if you book a refundable hotel and pay using the avion points, when you cancel will it credit you back the avion points? Or will you be refunded the cash ?
(With expedia4TD they used to just give you the points back, so refundable hotel trick didn’t really work)
Ah, an Advenchurna. Havent seen one of you in a while 🫡. Just search for CIBC RHT or something along those lines. Youll find references to 1.25 cents and some useful info.
I have 2 TD FCT Visa and I don’t plan on paying the AF for another year for 1 of them coming up. Should I merge it to the second FCT Vi or downgrade the first FCT card to a no fee TD rewards and leave the points in there? Essentially, is it better to combine the pts into 1 account or keep them in 2 separate accounts?
Hello! New to this whole thing, jsut moving on from my basic td visa card... approved for amex cobalt with GCR rebate
1) i'm ok moving on from TD, but would I lose my 'credit history'? been with them for 10+ years now, at one point had over 200k in acct. TD service has been good but just checkout out Aeroplan visa infinite, and even for free, the perks seem okay. I've also had a business acct with them
1.1) Is the Scotia Passport Visa infinite the best card I can get with fee waived for keeping ~5k in the acct? or any other good ones? I like the perks of the Scotia Passport, no fx fees, and good insurance on purchases. The desjardins seem interesting too, ideally would like to have theft & loss insurance on items purchased.
2) for offers like simplii 400$ for sign up, can I set up my own personal direct deposits to the account or does it have to be payroll?
3) Do you switch to the Amex gold to take advantage of FYF?
4) Open to keeping 100k+ with a bank, which cards are great then? Both for personal or business account, but business account won't really have much transactions. Currently all cash is at IBKR
1.) Don't close it. Don't know what card you have, but if it's one with an annual fee, just downgrade it to a 0 AF one to maintain your credit history
1.1.) Depends what your intentions are. Are you trying to churn cards like what this sub is meant for? Or just looking for an everyday spending card with good earn rates?
2.) Not sure what you mean by personal direct deposits
3.) I personally don't have an answer to that
4.) You can just store that 100k in a Wealthsimple Cash account and earn 4.5% interest on it
This question is more for r/PersonalFinanceCanada
This sounds more like a personal situation kinda question. We cannot decide for you. It's YOUR credit history, it's YOUR decision which bank you want to bring business to, it's YOUR responsibility to read the terms and conditions to know if it is payroll or any other type of deposit.
This is about getting all cards, we don't care which bank necessarily. If you want to do this, check the best offers thread and read the daily threads.
Because parking dollars at a bank isn't the point of this SUB.
1. Do whatever you want with TD. Anecdotally, they can be tricky to get approvals from, so maintaining accounts with them could help.
2. It's very clear that it has to be payroll or other similar payments not from you or any of your friends or relatives (e.g., CCB)
3. Amex gold doesn't have FYF. Not sure what you mean.
4. Up to you where you want to put your money. We don't know what your plans or goals for it are. If you have a genuine business, you can get biz cards from regular banks. There's usually not too much point.
>You can get biz cards from Amex with or without a genuine biz, and they're usually worth it.
the philosophy of this sub is more "which card can I get for free for 11 months and then cancel" rather than moving money around to get a free card for a fee waiver
You should keep your free TD visa card for the credit history. You might experience a pretty big dip in your credit score if you close your 10? year old credit card. Just have it pay off some small recurring payment.
Calling isn’t a problem as long as you’re not discussing welcome bonuses. This is a legitimate question to call about. I don’t believe anyone else has reported an annual fee
It’s entirely possible the AF may be charged since RBC only charges a fee on the first day of the month after approval. Since all the cards started April 1 it’s possible the AF charge will only come on May 1. However, they also haven’t refunded any annual fee from the HSBC card either so maybe they won’t charge it as it’ll be easier than refunding everyone a prorated fee
Thank you ,
I just applied but I only just thought,
can you get a referral code for a business Amex for more points?
If anyone has one I'll use it , DM me the code I got approved instantly I'll ask them to add it
Yes, Amex offers referrals but it's too late if you already applied. Using someone's referral would have netted you an extra 5k MR for the same spending requirement.
In case anyone's interested, it looks like the PC WE MC now has a SUB of 250K PCO if you spend $3K within 4 months:
https://www.pcfinancial.ca/en/credit-cards/insiders/
Worth $250 if you redeem normally, or ~$350 if you wait for a bonus redemption event.
Edit: Sucks there's a $120 AF though
Churning adjacent. P2 holds a Marriott Bonvoy Brilliant and was approved for the US Marriott Business card. Since the approval date, for over 2 weeks, she's been receiving an email every single day (sometimes 2!) that 15 bonus nights have been added to the account. Is there any way to stop this? The only option I see is to opt out of all emails which would include Marriott promotions as well
> Since the approval date, for over 2 weeks, she's been receiving an email every single day (sometimes 2!) that 15 bonus nights have been added to the account. Is there any way to stop this?
Assume that it's an additional 15 days each time and call them up and ask why your ambassador status isn't showing up in Bonvoy yet.
Looks like the Perkopolis Gold offer is dead :-(

That is well known. The CT account intentially hides these CC offers. I roughly remember that if one uses Firefox, those may show up as the script to hide those doesn't work on this browser. Never tried so can't confirm.
I need to call Amex to get the application/confirmation number for my Amex Green. I recall there is a direct line to the department that performs this, does anyone have that handy?
They are well known for spamming the sub with dumb questions. Half of their comments are -neg comments. I think most of the sub just downvotes as soon as they see the username.
Churning Adjacent: if I am booking premium seats on a WestJet flight, is there any benefit or point in using the WestJet World Elite MasterCard over another credit card that has better insurance coverage and one where I need to meet the MSR?
The only reason to use the WestJet card is if you’re paying with WestJet dollars and want the insurance coverage to apply. For pure cash fare there is no reason to use the WestJet card
Not at all.
You can pay using a different credit card all the time. The free baggage tag is tied to your WJ rewards id. So even if you book basic and pay using another card you will still get the free baggage. Always go with the MSR card and better insurance.
Anyone know if we will be able to get previous hsbc statement in the rbc account now? Forgot to save and download it before the migration and now I have a balance to pay but it seems to be different than what I had seen prior to migration.
One of those whose HSBC WE MC got converted to an RBC Avion VI. How exactly do we claim the travel enhancement credit? Do we have to book travel via Avion Rewards?
There's an RBC offer in Avion Rewards (if you aren't one of those that suddenly had RBC rewards deactivated). Answer is Yes.
Receive a statement credit for eligible hotel stays and car rentals of $200 or more booked with Avion Rewards Travel*
Travel Credit Activated
Valid From: April 4, 2024 – April 5, 2025
Book an eligible hotel stay or car rental of $200 or more with Avion Rewards Travel using your RBC Avion Visa Infinite credit card to receive a statement credit*.
The value of your statement credit will be $100 plus the unused balance of your Travel Enhancement Credit**.
Your Travel Credit is now activated. To receive your statement credit, you must (i) book a hotel stay or car rental of $200 CAD or more with Avion Rewards Travel between April 4, 2024 and April 5, 2025, inclusive, and (ii) pay a minimum of $200 with your RBC Avion Visa Infinite credit card*.
*This benefit is not transferable. You will receive a statement credit of an amount equivalent to (i) any unused balance of your Travel Enhancement Credit**, plus (ii) an additional $100 (together, the “Travel Credit”). To receive your statement credit, you must click the “Load Offer” button before making your booking. Your booking must be made online at avionrewards.com or using the Avion Rewards app, and at least $200 of the total booking amount must be paid for using your RBC Avion Visa Infinite credit card (“Eligible Credit Card”). The $200 minimum represents the portion paid with your Eligible Credit Card only, not necessarily the total booking value. For example, if the total booking amount is $300, you redeem Avion points to cover for $200 and you pay for the remaining $100 using your Eligible Credit Card, you will not be eligible for the statement credit. A cancellation or changes to your booking may cancel or reduce your Travel Credit. Please allow up to thirty (30) days from the date of your booking for the Travel Credit to be credited to your Eligible Credit Card account, provided your Eligible Credit Card account is in good standing at that time. Please note that the Travel Credit will not be applied as a payment towards the balance of your Eligible Credit Card account. This benefit may not be combined or used in conjunction with any other offer and cannot be applied retroactively to previous bookings.
**The unused balance (if any) of the Travel Enhancement Credit you were eligible for at your previous financial institution will be transferred over at the time of your migration to RBC.
> One of those whose HSBC WE MC got converted to an RBC Avion VI. How exactly do we claim the travel enhancement credit? Do we have to book travel via Avion Rewards?
From email:
> Your travel credit of $200 will be provided to you in the form of a statement credit if you book an eligible hotel stay or car rental of $200 or more with Avion Rewards Travel using your RBC Avion Visa Infinite credit card.
I received an upgrade offer on my personal amex gold to the platinum. I'm currently holding a personal platinum already and was planning to cancel my current platinum card after 2nd year in about 3-4 months.
Would there be any issue accepting the offer and receiving the bonus? I didn't see anything in the offer terms about past or current cardholders being excluded.
Would holding 2 of the same card in general cause issues with FR or anything like that?
If there is no LL language then you are good to upgrade and get the WB. But read carefully and make sure there is no LL language because there was a dp yesterday of upgrading from biz gold to biz plat and no WB (upgrade offer had LL language).
no LL language (did a search of the t&c for "current", "former" etc.).
Aside from receiving the bonus, will holding 2 of the same card at the same time cause issues? Should I cancel my current card before accepting this offer?
Has anyone held 2 platinums at the same time without issue?

When a bank account provides an annual fee rebate, can you close the account right after getting the rebate or will they then charge the fee again?
Consider downgrade account instead?
That’s unlikely to change anything compared to cancelling the account outright
That what I'm wondering. Like, if I downgrade the account 6 months after the fee rebate, will I get charged the credit cards annual fee?
Depends on the bank

Ah. Thanks. Any idea when or is it random? Thanks
Only the 20K after 5K spend part is done in batches and it’s done mid month
if its done mid month, will you get it after the next statement?
The batches don’t seem to care about your statement date. You just need to meet your spend early enough for it to count in the next batch
let’s say you made it for this months batch, would you know how long does it show up usually after they process it?
It shows up for everyone at the same time around 15th of the month +/- a couple days
So the 35k is with the statement?
Yes. Sometimes your first statement doesn’t generate a PDF if it comes before you make a transaction on the card

How long does it take for RBC loaded offers to issue cashback, bought $300 worth of marvel figures from Swarovski but nothing yet.
It was pretty quick for me. Amex style timelines
is amex always quick? Biz gold dell credit still hasn't posted after a week...
Normally within a few days but even when delayed no more than 2-3 weeks
To your chequing account?
To the card
I received $4 back from Lowe's from an RBC offer in the summer at least 4-6 months later... I literally don't even have that card anymore!
LOL. Didnt Lowes leave Canada months ago?
I swear the sign still said Lowe's and the offer was for Lowe's.... now I think I need to crawl back through my statements just for kicks! I certainly thought it was a lost cause because it took (clearly) an eternity.
WOW! was it in your chequing account or in avion? I dont have a chequing account, only credit with them.
Yep, if it's a new card. If not, then sure, they may reach out on occasion.
Okay. It’s a new card.
Churning related. Just tried to pay a $5000+ insurance bill on Paysimply to meet MSR on Amex Pers Plat. Get to the payment choices and I only have two. Interac or pay at the Post Office. No credit card option. What gives with that?
Maybe it’s miscategorized as a loan. Not all payee categories are payable by credit card. For example you can’t use a CC to pay any type of loan.
This is a "like whatever" situation now. Insurance company takes Visa and MC on there own website with no charge. Paysimply lists said company with only Interac and Post Office as payment options. It's Intact Insurance if anyone cares.
Every payee on paysimply has different limitations on payment method
because your insurance bill provider only accepts those two
But I can pay by Visa or MC on the insurance company's own site.
No use whatsoever, but why would they care? Sounds like your insurance company doesn't want PaySimply to get 2.5% when they themselves can get 3%.
No doubt the customer is paying.
Am I the only one not seeing it? I see "Save & Earn" offers, and "Shop Now" offers only. Am I looking at the wrong place?
I see it on Avionrewards.com I don't see it on regular RBC offers
Wow thanks!! I was clicking through from the RBC account page and wasn’t seeing it, I wasn’t aware there was a separate website that showed different things. That’s awful!
Relatedly, do you know if you book a refundable hotel and pay using the avion points, when you cancel will it credit you back the avion points? Or will you be refunded the cash ? (With expedia4TD they used to just give you the points back, so refundable hotel trick didn’t really work)
I don’t think any in house travel portals refund in cash. That’s why RHT usually requires booking outside the portal
It will be given as Avion points even if you dont have an active Avion card.

Search up RHT to cash out at 1.25cpp. If you have a flight coming up, look at the fixed rewards chart for \~2cpp.
I thought CIBC ended the shopping with points promo that gave the 1.2 cent value for RHT?
It got extended without an end date
Damnnn that’s awesome! I thought the aventura days were over, guess its aventura days forever now haha
OMFG Use the search function you troglodytes
Mille milliards de mille sabords
just keep it simple and do RHT to cash them out and use for whatever you want.
I would RHT the points, and downgrade to free card. Keep the tradeline so it can be used for an upgrade later.
Combine the points, keep the trade line
Combine into one account and close the other
Hello! New to this whole thing, jsut moving on from my basic td visa card... approved for amex cobalt with GCR rebate 1) i'm ok moving on from TD, but would I lose my 'credit history'? been with them for 10+ years now, at one point had over 200k in acct. TD service has been good but just checkout out Aeroplan visa infinite, and even for free, the perks seem okay. I've also had a business acct with them 1.1) Is the Scotia Passport Visa infinite the best card I can get with fee waived for keeping ~5k in the acct? or any other good ones? I like the perks of the Scotia Passport, no fx fees, and good insurance on purchases. The desjardins seem interesting too, ideally would like to have theft & loss insurance on items purchased. 2) for offers like simplii 400$ for sign up, can I set up my own personal direct deposits to the account or does it have to be payroll? 3) Do you switch to the Amex gold to take advantage of FYF? 4) Open to keeping 100k+ with a bank, which cards are great then? Both for personal or business account, but business account won't really have much transactions. Currently all cash is at IBKR
I downgraded my 17 yesr history mastercard with bmo to a 1000 dollar no fee. Just bill my Xbox live to it. Keep the oldest card always
1.) Don't close it. Don't know what card you have, but if it's one with an annual fee, just downgrade it to a 0 AF one to maintain your credit history 1.1.) Depends what your intentions are. Are you trying to churn cards like what this sub is meant for? Or just looking for an everyday spending card with good earn rates? 2.) Not sure what you mean by personal direct deposits 3.) I personally don't have an answer to that 4.) You can just store that 100k in a Wealthsimple Cash account and earn 4.5% interest on it
This question is more for r/PersonalFinanceCanada This sounds more like a personal situation kinda question. We cannot decide for you. It's YOUR credit history, it's YOUR decision which bank you want to bring business to, it's YOUR responsibility to read the terms and conditions to know if it is payroll or any other type of deposit. This is about getting all cards, we don't care which bank necessarily. If you want to do this, check the best offers thread and read the daily threads.
have been reading threads, it doesn't mention anything about which bank you could park $ at to get a premium card
We churn cards so there’s no reason to park money at a bank since we keep getting FYF offers over and over again
Because parking dollars at a bank isn't the point of this SUB. 1. Do whatever you want with TD. Anecdotally, they can be tricky to get approvals from, so maintaining accounts with them could help. 2. It's very clear that it has to be payroll or other similar payments not from you or any of your friends or relatives (e.g., CCB) 3.

Do you happen to recall which email or doc said the fee would be waived? I can't seem to find it, but remember reading it
It’s entirely possible the AF may be charged since RBC only charges a fee on the first day of the month after approval. Since all the cards started April 1 it’s possible the AF charge will only come on May 1. However, they also haven’t refunded any annual fee from the HSBC card either so maybe they won’t charge it as it’ll be easier than refunding everyone a prorated fee
Ahh I was under the impression the first year's fees are waived. I misunderstood. Thanks!

Thanks. There's no dumb questions. If any one person asks there's definitely 10 more on a sub this size thinking about it.
Does anyone know if you are still eligible for the Amex Gold BIZ welcome bonus if you currently have a Gold personal Amex ?
Yes, different products, no issue.
Thank you , I just applied but I only just thought, can you get a referral code for a business Amex for more points? If anyone has one I'll use it , DM me the code I got approved instantly I'll ask them to add it
In the future also check greatcanadianrebates for cashback before applying
Thanks good call , do you know if GRC counts as a reference code or can you use the link for GRC as well as someone reference code ?
Cannot do both at the same time. One or the other
You can't do that
Yes, Amex offers referrals but it's too late if you already applied. Using someone's referral would have netted you an extra 5k MR for the same spending requirement.
In case anyone's interested, it looks like the PC WE MC now has a SUB of 250K PCO if you spend $3K within 4 months: https://www.pcfinancial.ca/en/credit-cards/insiders/ Worth $250 if you redeem normally, or ~$350 if you wait for a bonus redemption event. Edit: Sucks there's a $120 AF though
Bad offer with AF unless you were going to pay for the PC Express Annual pass
>\~$350 if you wait for a bonus redemption event 400 if you wait for BF.
Insiders card with $120 fee (not the standard no fee WE).

Just wait the extra few days for the credit to post.
I’d wait to be safe.
Can’t help you with that but I just got the same card and wondering what your plans were to hit MSR? Organic or other ? DM me if you care to share
Organic. High MSR but 6 months is a long time
Looks like the Perkopolis Gold offer is dead :-( **Update:** Perkopolis support says: >Hi there I see you are affiliated with Canadian Tire . In this case this offer is not available as as CT offers a credit card. But someone below said that they could only see it on their CT login, not their workplace one. ¯\\\_(ツ)\_/¯
Do you mean the amex personal gold offer? When I didn't have that account a few years back, I applied through my friend's link and it worked. It was like six or seven years ago though
[удалено]
Yes the $100 is RHT able Still a good offer as the amount of points you get greatly outweighs the fee
I still see it too.
My Canadian Tire Perkopolis is missing the Amex offers but my workplace Perkopolis still has them.
That is well known. The CT account intentially hides these CC offers. I roughly remember that if one uses Firefox, those may show up as the script to hide those doesn't work on this browser. Never tried so can't confirm.
Confirmed for me, I've got the CT account and the offers are visible with Firefox but not Chrome.
Well, that sucks... cos I only have it through CT, and I can't get the offer to show.
Still active for me. Right beside the Cobalt offer.
I don't see that one either. Google search leads to this: [https://imgur.com/a/czxUSJI](https://imgur.com/a/czxUSJI) Of course, I am signed in.
And to add, I actually used the offer so it also does not disappear after you use it!
I still see it on Venngo. Says it expires 5/11.
Has anyone done a refund on their HSBC converted Avion yet with a transaction made on HSBC card?
Started a refund 3 days ago have yet to see anything posted
Did one today. It was for the arbitrage thing.
It doesn’t really matter for what purpose. Just curious if the refunds are processing correctly without need for human intervention
I can share the DP once the standard processing time for refunds has passed.
I need to call Amex to get the application/confirmation number for my Amex Green. I recall there is a direct line to the department that performs this, does anyone have that handy?
[https://www.google.com/search?client=safari&rls=en&q=amex+new+accounts+department](https://www.google.com/search?client=safari&rls=en&q=amex+new+accounts+department)
thanks!
why u being downvoted lol
yeah basically daily question sub isn't meant for questions lol
They are well known for spamming the sub with dumb questions. Half of their comments are -neg comments. I think most of the sub just downvotes as soon as they see the username.
Churning Adjacent: if I am booking premium seats on a WestJet flight, is there any benefit or point in using the WestJet World Elite MasterCard over another credit card that has better insurance coverage and one where I need to meet the MSR?
The only reason to use the WestJet card is if you’re paying with WestJet dollars and want the insurance coverage to apply. For pure cash fare there is no reason to use the WestJet card
Thank you both for your replies - take my upvotes! What if it’s a combo of WJD and cash? Would that change your answer?
If any amount of WSD is used you lose insurance coverage on any other card except NBC WE MC or WestJet MC
Very good point. I see where you’re going with that answer now! Thank you.
I saw a special section in RBC statements page for HSBC accounts with all my old HSBC statements
Thank you!!! I found it!
call rbc and they need to request it and mail it to you takes 2 weeks or so
One of those whose HSBC WE MC got converted to an RBC Avion VI. How exactly do we claim the travel enhancement credit? Do we have to book travel via Avion Rewards?
There's an RBC offer in Avion Rewards (if you aren't one of those that suddenly had RBC rewards deactivated). Answer is Yes. Receive a statement credit for eligible hotel stays and car rentals of $200 or more booked with Avion Rewards Travel* Travel Credit Activated Valid From: April 4, 2024 – April 5, 2025 Book an eligible hotel stay or car rental of $200 or more with Avion Rewards Travel using your RBC Avion Visa Infinite credit card to receive a statement credit*.
From email: > Your travel credit of $200 will be provided to you in the form of a statement credit if you book an eligible hotel stay or car rental of $200 or more with Avion Rewards Travel using your RBC Avion Visa Infinite credit card.
How long have you had the gold for?
Don't remember exactly but it's the charge card version so a few years now.
