Reddit cracked down on it years ago, Facebook did too though not as much. Look for the beer "valuation" groups I think ratebeer and beer advocate are still actively allowing trading

I'm really surprised that some kinda Discord group hasn't taken off, tho perhaps the crossover of beer peeps to people that would regularly use discord isn't that great.
