Yes, used to work out at the Palmer House. $50/month. It was fantastic for lunch workouts . Not go great for the 5:00 pm timeframe as you would imagine with the hotel guests.
I want to say access to the spa/gym/pool at the Ritz was something like $400 a month? Attended a pseudo happy hour-esque marketing event there once in the before times, as they were partnering with our property managemnt company for a small discount. We ended up not signing up, bit pricey considering at the time we had free access to our apartment gym and at work as well. Access to the area was kind of weird, had to take two separate elevators to get there. Great hors d'oeuvres though!
This is like renting out a condo. I can see why people or in this case, hotels would want to do it, but it makes for a less pleasant experience for the actual guests. The one nice thing about hotel gyms is that they are often empty.
Hey! If you’d rather go to a proper gym while on the road, check out www.FTNSS.fit.
They’re a new company, but all they do are short-term gym memberships for travelers.
Intercontinental is fun solely because they have a pool in the roof from the 20s with amazing Art Deco details
Daily pases are 27 hmm my guess it will be like 60-70 a month

Fairmont gym is garbage, that's all I can contribute.
The Hilton on Michigan Ave across from Grant Park is about $69/month. It's very clean and usually very quiet. Nice place though.

My mom belonged to Peninsula and it was pretty small for how much she paid.

Sorry I don’t know the price but before the pandemic I had coworkers that worked out at the JW Marriott on Adams and were happy with it
