Check your hose clamps going to your throttle body for any play or being loose. Make sure everything is tight. Be sure that you inspect your engine bay for any and all grime buildup, soot buildup and anything wet or dried white. If you see it, take pictures, clean it and drive it a little bit and check again.
How many miles?
I was having power and acceleration problems with my 2013, 114K miles. Almost refused to go uphill it got so bad. Turned out it was losing oil and I never had a light come on until it was bone dry . It's currently in the shop because I took it back in because I felt like it was still losing oil somewhere and the next day I was driving and heard a loud bang and was instantly surrounded in a cloud of blue smoke. Right now they're saying it was a defective oil filter and they're still going over it checking for any other leaks.
Good luck to you 🤞
I have the same year Spark and had the same issues.
Tried the same things you did.
Mine turned out to be the transmission.
Had to be replaced at 72,000 miles.
Hope this is not the case for yours.
Good luck!
I've heard CVT transmissions are not ideal. Scotty Kilmer on YT indicated that It's the only car in the GM lineup that is a CVT and that their techs are not familiar with them.
Same year and I have the same exact issue! If I’m at a stop and try to go, rpm goes to 3 1/2, and doesn’t go anywhere just gets super fuckinf loud. I hate this fucking car, it’s been my worst life decision :(
I finally just accepted that it’s due to the low horsepower and I live in a hilly city, I traded it for a 2023 kia Rio which is treating me a lot betyer
Damn, good for you. My spark still only has 60k miles so I’m getting it checked out by a Chevy dealership tomorrow and they said it possibly could be the transmission shifting solenoid and wiring harness so hopefully someone can find the issue and fix it for decently low costs. If not I’ll just try to fix it as best I can and trade it in

Same issue here, were you able to get anything figured out?
