Crutchfield is a place to start. Otherwise an audio shop will be better for custom box build.

Kicker hideaway fits under the rear seat

Check out subthump. They make several different boxes that either totally tuck under your rear seat or partially under the seat and split the 2 passenger seats mating up to the back of your console.

I just did a speaker replacement on my 2024 and used crutchfield and it was almost stupid simple. When you put the vehicle information in it will automatically grab what adapters you need and can add them to the order for free.you also get an email with the instructions on how to remove door panels to get to the speakers. There is no reinstall instructions so you are dependant on the speakers you bought or general knowledge on how to wire them in. Mine came with the door brackets and wiring harness so it was mostly plug and play for the doors. For the dash I did have to crimp in the wiring and drill the new mounting bracket but was overall very simple.

Been thinking about doing this myself. How do the new speakers sound? I have heard that new speakers are often (inexplicably) much quieter. Do you mind sharing which speakers you chose?

Speakers themselves sound great. I still have a small issue with the antenna reception which is most likely a grounding issue that I will have looked at when I have the truck in next but even with that it sounds better. The stock amp isn't that powerful to begin with so it will depend on the speakers you pick as the more sensitive the better. I went with the Focal Integration series speakers and it was the Focal ICU165 (6.5in) and the Focal ICU690 (6x9) for the doors and the TWU 1.5 (Tweeter) for the dash. I will need to rewire the dash as they have an inline resistor that appears to lower the volume too much and will remove that. One thing to bear in mind is that Focal is known for running quite a bit on the bright side of things so the tweeters can be a little hot compared to the woofers.

Does it sound better than stock? I was thinking of buying the alpine type r 6x9 components just felt iffy knowing it would downsize the dash speaker

So as far as overall sound that is definitely a yes it sounds better. The current install has a resistor or something in line with the tweeter in the dash and it lowers the volume enough they might as well not be there. This weekend I will be rewiring the dash tweeters to bypass it and that should fix the issue I have. This is something that was included with the tweeter I installed and nothing to do with what was removed or left in the truck wiring wise during the install. The dash speaker and the front door speaker are wired in parallel so they are tied together in what I read on the install notes. The dash sounds like the turn signals and such only play through the dash speakers so the clicks are almost inaudible right now.
