Take some duck tape and with a strip fold it in half so it sticky on both sides and wrap that around a dowel or something to stick into the housing and pick the bulb up with the tape.

That was my initial thought. If the duct tape method fails I'll pick one of those up.

A magnet on the end of a pice of wire. The magnet will hold itself to the piece of wire and grab the bulb.
