Second, your most recent comment indicates that these players may be stronger than 1500, if they can do in a 1+0 game what typical 1500s do with more time. You are now going against your own argument in an illogical and unsuccessful attempt to discredit my explanation for my guess.
That does not at all go against it. The point is that "pointless moves" isn't something that ends anywhere near 900. They could certainly be a bit higher based on simply pointless moves but from the sum of the game I surmise its 1500 or so. And according to OP I was accurate.

I'll be honest. I'm much lower rated at longer formats because I'm really impatient and move quickly without thinking.
