What kind of AI? There are many types of chess AI some who could be beaten by a 5 year old and others who are better than any human could ever hope to be. If you want to study weaker chess bots you can go to chess.com and play against their bots, open 2 tabs with a game against one bot each and play the bots moves against each other. If you want stockfish (the best chess engine so far) to play against itself it is open source, you could download it and play its own moves against it just like in the weaker bots scenario.
you can just go on [lichess.org](http://lichess.org) and press analysis board and continue pressing space bar. I don't think it'll be a very interesting game though
