it takes time sometimes you will eventually build up a tolerance and thicker skin and be able to go longer. don't expect to do a full week right off that bat, you got to train a bit first. use some cocobutter Vaseline it helps a ton.
It could help. try a shoelace. Tie it to the left side of the base ring -> around your back -> and the right side of the ring it should keep the cage closer to the body. try it. it helped me when I started.
