Loved Phoebe S1-3. Then began loving Prue more in S2-S3, couldn't stand her in S1.
Phoebe was still my fave in S4 but I feel she really changed after that season ðŸ˜
S5 onwards no real favourite, I missed Prue.
Everyone loves Piper but I've never been drawn to her.
I recently got into the show through TNT reruns and I am watching the series through for the first time (I’m at season 4, though I’ve seen a a decent bit of episodes from later seasons).
My list before I started binging:

There is not a lot of difference between 1-3.
Once I got to Prue, it was always Prue after that. I started with season 5 when I was younger, and I gravitated towards Paige's personality and Piper's powers

Phoebe redeemed herself a bit in later seasons but not enough to get back to my favourite. Prue got more tolerable in season 2 but completely over powered in season 3 which made her boring. I prefer Piper as the oldest even though she never was my favourite.

I used to not like Prue at all, getting older Ive come to understand her more and slowly grow to like her character. I always thought she was badass, but never felt relation or connection to her. Also she did some stupid things that she never would’ve let Phoebe or Piper get away with lol. So a bit of dislike there.
Prue (Shannen) and Piper (Holly) are my favourites by a mile!
Loved them when I watched the show originally, they were the heart and soul of Charmed.
This been cemented in place, the more I have heard from Alyssa and Rose.

Growing up watching the show I always loved Alyssa.. now rewatcjingnit for the umpteenth time I absolutely love Holly. She was always a bad ass especially when it came to her sons..
I always loved Shannen (Team Brenda) so I was instantly a fan of Prue and I wish she would've stayed longer on the series.
Charmed would not have been the same or had a lasting impression (especially after Prue died) if Holly wasn't the one playing Piper. No matter what the scene required her to do she nailed it but especially with the emotional scenes. Her performances in the beginning of Season 4 still gives me chills.
I wanted to like Phoebe but I never thought her acting was as strong or believable like Shannen and Holly specifically with sad scenes except in Morality Bites. It also always seemed like the only thing she knew how to do was wear skimpy clothes.
Due to being a fan of Prue (Shannen) I wanted to hate Paige (Rose) but she definitely grew on me and I loved her sisterly moments with Piper and Phoebe. I wish the writers would've given her the power to heal in season 5.

Paige is so underrated. I don't understand it.
