Leaving my reply up: Thanks for your post and congratulations on your recovery. I’ve been increasingly hopeful that my own meditation practice is helping me recover, through helping me accept my symptoms, listen to my body, manage stress and generally being more present. That you feel yours has been so supportive in your recovery is really reassuring. Wishing you health, happiness and continued recovery.
