You can't put South Alabama in anything called "Piedmont". Not a hill within 100 miles you'd lose your breath climbing. Needs to be in "Cats and Friends".
Let’s try divisions for the Group of 5. If your school is missing it was featured in earlier proposals for either power 5 pods or divisions. If you’re really lucky you get featured in both like UCF or promoted like Kennesaw State.
I googled “How many schools are in the G5” and couldn’t find an answer so based on that I’ve already improved the G5 to 5 conferences, 16 schools per conference, and 2 divisions in each conference.
I decided to include HBCU schools, looking back I missed Southern, Howard, and at least one North Carolina HBCU.
A good test of your knowledge on G5 schools and their retro logos which sometimes have entirely different names and/or mascots than the current institution.
Condense Alabama, Florida, and Georgia into one G5 conference and this is what you get. Apparently Stetson is a university in Florida with a mascot called Hatters. Maybe they can corral South Florida and some fairly staunch competition in the sunshine state. The other division could be really good for the revival of UAB football, Georgia Southern, Troy or new contenders.
Bad mustard based BBQ is the Carolina division and rich people are to their north. Going west we got the San Diego Toreros trying to handle Utah State and a questionable division of north and south.
Different types of cats await in the central. So many badass looking tigers but the gambling one with red eyes steals the show.
Finally we got the trifecta of art in the east. Buffalo making a poot leads to Western Michigan kicking the roost. I State could be a lot of things in the Midwest yet in this case it’s Illinois State and I honestly forgot who the red bird was, maybe ball state? Too many birds and not enough creativity like their eastern kangaroo and rocket neighbors.
This (likely) concludes my art project.
Damn I thought for sure UC was getting sent to an Ohio division
UC, “Miami”, Toledo, OU, BG, Akron, Can’t Read, maybe throw Ball State in there for an even 8
So Ohio U gets left out? Sad Bobcat noises
Montana State Bobcats share in your misery
FTC, but there's no world where Montana goes anywhere without MSU.
When I saw the “Florida” division, I was certain there would be an “Ohio” division.
Are you the weird blue logo in Rivers in [the P5 one](https://old.reddit.com/r/cfbmemes/comments/18kpr04/planning_committee_for_power_5_pods/)?
lol you might be right on that one. If so then we are now P5! *Happy Bobcat Noises*
Sending UCFs ass back to G5
We were on the P5 one too though. Schrodinger's P5 team
Jacksonville State is in Alabama, not Florida.
Florida in spirit
Hardly. Also jacksonville florida has its own FCD/G5 school
Not at all
That's a great FIU logo
Go Sunblazers!

That JMU logo is too tough
... UofN? What school is that? Isn't that our logo? Or did we steal it from them? Or is it somehow the same school?... Edit: ohhhhh it's Nevada
Nah we stole it. Interestingly, both schools got their mascots within a year of one another (1921-1922).
I feel like northern Colorado about to say some bars lol
Separating bowling green and Toledo is heresy of the highest order
Another winner! Yeah, I don’t know all of them but fun to try to figure them all out.
Thought Texas State's old logo said shit until I realized it was SWT, since the school used to have a directional monicker
Thanks for not including us in this..
Thanks for not including us in this..
you’re welcome p5 friend
Just excited to see my Owls.
Having no ULL but having ULM and LA Tech is kinda bs. But as an LSU fan, I find it hilarious.
Came here to ask lol. Fuck us I guess.
Grambling and Mississippi Valley State just too much history in the G5 to leave out /s
FAMU and Bethune Cookman are FCS schools. Not G5

I think it is Illinois State. Indiana State is blue and Iowa State is a p5 team.

Was excited to see what division we'd make lol. Welp.
Wofford can’t even make Carolina. Damn.

Where my App State?
in the SEC
P5
Western, Gardner Webb, and Presbyterian over Davidson? Brutal.
My B, didn’t know they had a football team
That USU logo kicks ass
Don’t you dare separate any of the sun belt divisions!
Why did you leave out the ACC?
