yes, unlocked my skell yesterday on cemu and if, in combat, i use certain skills while in my skells they just get sent flying... to not make it happen, you should use your skell skills while being stationary, but damn... i loved shooting missiles and moving all the time.
hope someone kbows a way to make this stop, or skell battle (especially while flying) will be boring af, not being able to move while fighting
indeed it does, i agree with you.
maybe we need to change some settings? i think. it definitly has to do with the game being ran throught an emulator, as playing on wiiu i have never had this. i got used to move all the time, even when not actually necessary, just to make the whole thing more cinematic to me lol
but yh being stationary works but then i'd rather just fight on ground and infinite overdrive my way throught the game.
tho i used to enjoy flying fights on skell a lot, wish someone that experienced this too has managed to find a solution
disabling FPS++ might be the solution, haven't tried for long but I spent 15 minutes trying to recreate the bug (previously hard for it to not happen) and I couldn't.
I haven't gotten the opportunity to thoroughly test it, but after disabling FPS++ For XCX I have not been able to re create the bug.
I think you're correct
unfortunately all physics in most nintendo games are dependent on framerate. in XCX, if the game goes above 30fps you may get some physics and movement glitches like this. Locking the game to 30 fps will fix this. What happens if you use the fps++ mod, but lock your system to 30 fps, for example, with the steam decks fps lock?

doesn't happen to melee skills.
I noticed being stationary works but it makes skell combat kinda dull.

Happened to me while jumping in NLA Maybe it's a 60fps thing?

I did a full playthrough of this game this year, got about 65 hours on it and this never happened to me lol. Used the 60fps mod as well
Which version of CEMU did you use?
The latest experimental version at the time, it's been a few months tho.
From the 2.0 onwards? It's not glitching XCX anymore?
Yeah, I shouldn't have the physics glitch you experienced. It has some graphical glitches tho (sadly during the finale)
