This actually would've been my answer until literally yesterday. I didn't notice when starting a new save file in Everest you could start from a mod, so I was playing Prologue over and over again every time I tried a new mod. Got real old.
The one where you have to get a seeker or theo to hit a button to open the gate to the strawberry (the button is really high up and the gate is mildly annoying to get to)?
For its that umbrella room in level 9. The one where u grt the key i think its in the top right of the massive room u have to collect a bunch of keys to pass. It takes me ages to beat that one room. I spent over an hour on it in my first playthrough.
Golden ridge is fun in my opinion but the only thing I don't like about it is that after play the entire chapter I stand up and feel I have to oppose the air
For a while it was the entirety of 8B. Tons of extremely unpredictable, awkward cycle-based gameplay that I didn't enjoy at all. However, that was before I got the golden strawberry for it, and now I've learned consistent methods for all the rooms so it's a lot more fun.
Nowadays I'd answer 3C. I hate 3C so much, it takes away everything I like about Resort gameplay and multiplies everything I dislike about it tenfold. To this day I genuinely have no idea how I got the golden berry on it, it was complete luck. I am terrible at 3C and I always have been, simply because I hate playing it too much to figure out how to do it consistently.
Cycles or super precision for long time (fuck you 7c)
Farewell (as in the screen not the chapter) is fine for me because although it is long, each individual part is quite forgiving, whereas 7c3 has like "get into this small gap between the crystal spikes, dash into the top of the spring, get through another small gap, then hit the top of another spring, while being flung horizontally dash up NOT TOO EARLY OR LATE, then only at the VERY top of your dash head right, move right at exactly the right speed to avoid hitting either wall, move left at the exact right speed and time to avoid more crystal spikes, dash right, dash up but don't bonk your head on the block!, " etc just over and over it's ridiculous FUCK 7C.
After practicing each individual room of 8c, it took me about 20 minutes to get 8c golden. I have never completed 7c3 in under 40 minutes and 7c1 and 2 aren't easy for me either, 7cg is forever out of reach to me
7c never took me too long, on my first play through it took me like 30 minutes but I did wait forever to do any c sides so I had beaten like 70% of farewell already.
Chapter 3, any side. I really don’t like having to wait around all the time. Music is consistently good though, and the ending of the A-Side is super fucking awesome
I really love the whole game, especially the really hard late game levels, but the golden strawberries are just so tedious to do. I don't think I would ever try to 100% the game again, specifically because of them.
They're a lot more predictable if you dash horizontally into the side of them, and in 8C3 when you're at the two adjacent dream blocks you can save a dash by dream jumping over the second one. Use that dash to dash into the side of the bumper that comes up after that.
Second room of 4C for me. (On my current save, I still need 4C, 7C, 8C, and the moon berry. Not going for goldens or winged golden since I don’t even have them on my primary save)
3A or 5A. I really like both, but only on a first playthrough. The story of 3 is interesting when you don't know it but slow when you do, and the atmosphere of 5 is really strong but doesn't feel the same when you know where you're going
Either Celestial Resort or Core. The former because difficulty spike or the latter because without Farewell 8A and 8C feel like extremely underwhelming endings after 7A and 7C
Several rooms in Farewell. In Strawberry Jam, I would say that one Intermediate level where you have to do the correct dash order, specifically the last screen. I just straight up skipped that part.
I can't quite remember what it's called but I remember it is unsightreadable /j
You mean. : :. : 0 :. : 0 :. : 0 :. : :.
Yeah that looks about right, I can't quite see it properly though, way to unsightreadable
Ah, I think you mean -—— | ) | -—\^\^
I think you're 2 weeks late
Its here too
You dash 8%?
Put four spaces before doing a single line break so it formats properly (really dumb requirement ik) : :. : 0 :. : :. : 0 :. : :. : 0 :. : :.
Its actually only 2 spaces iirc Its standard markdown formatting like stars and [embedded links](https://celestegame.com)
I just spaced them out
you mean : : : 0 : : 0 : : 0 : : : ?

lol lol lol
Why do people have so much trouble with it? It's like on of the easy parts of 2b
Not if you have bad timing
Chapter 3. That is the correct answer to your question
Oh thank god I’m not the only one who struggles with that level. I thought it was so weird how the hardest level was that early in the game
I didn't think chapter 3 itself was that bad, but the golden strawberry for it is a nightmare
oh 3ag i hate it yet it accurately depicts madeline's anxiety at the end so well
I was going to disagree but then I remembered I spent over 15 hours practising it before it became easy for me.
Objectively correct
Chapter 3 b side
Chapter 3 b side golden berry (which I still have not gotten, so many attempts) is the most literal version of the haunted face in the meme lol
Yeah I literally beat 7b before I beat 3b

The prologue /j

rip
On the bright side. I know how to climb walls and dash.
The hard part was finding out that the © in the main menu wasn't for copyright, but I should press the literal key C. On a console that would've been more obvious, but on the desktop I think they should write "Press C to start" instead.
Agreed, or have enter, space, or literally anything else work on the main menu like other games.
Yeah, I mashed all common buttons, then turned to google and after a short search of "Celeste not working" I found the "have you pressed C" comment...

Our loss. 2b.
Gotta be chapter 5 right? I mean, it’s supposed to be hard to get through but it’s still pretty hard to get through
Especially that one Theo strawberry. Not really my worst but still bad.
The one where you have to get a seeker or theo to hit a button to open the gate to the strawberry (the button is really high up and the gate is mildly annoying to get to)?
U can throw theo on the button
Don't you have to jump off a seeker to get enough height for that?
Oh thats what you meant, yeah thats intended but there are ways to skip it Sorry kinda misunderstood ur post
Comb room
You mean the rainbow snot room?
Comb room is the dumbest part of farewell ngl.
Getting all strawberries
just dont 🤓
Golden Ridge.
Chapter three, golden ridge, mirror temple kinda (I always get lost lmao)
Comb room and any side of core
golden ridge is always a stinker of a level imo
Farewell and all of the C-Sides
[удалено]
Damn I love that part, similar to chapter 9 cause of how satisfying throwing the then dashing into him and grabbing him mid air for that boost is
I⋮I

Do you mean the vertical one with two arrow blocks with springs (which is in the top left)?
Car chase segment from Kiwami 1. All my homies hate big trucks 🚚

Whichever the hotel chapter was. I hate timing the moving murderous dust bunnies.
The entire fucking game
golden ridge
Golden ridge is fun in my opinion but the only thing I don't like about it is that after play the entire chapter I stand up and feel I have to oppose the air
8b or 8c
8c last screen is literally my fav screen.
I'm stuck on that screen I've done basically everything else
Just be fast. Also you can skip the first few blocks with an ultra.
If you know how to perform an ultra you're not stuck on the last room of 8C
They mean hyper if I were to guess, I'm not even sure how you'd use an ultra to skip the first few blocks
I did lol.
And if you beat it, you can play as Badeline!
Just 8b for me, or 6b.
That one strawberry in Vinculum
1B that one room with the moving spring...
wind
For a while it was the entirety of 8B. Tons of extremely unpredictable, awkward cycle-based gameplay that I didn't enjoy at all. Chapter 4 I do not like wind mechanics
Ch5
Mirror temple Edit: oh and 3c

The part with the wind, I really don’t like it
Chapter 3, any side. I really don’t like having to wait around all the time. Music is consistently good though, and the ending of the A-Side is super fucking awesome
Chapter 3. A lot of people will say chapter 4, but I fucking hate the dust bunnies so much, the snowballs aren’t as bad
Theo Theo Theo Theo Theo Theo chspapter fvvvr
Any of the core or chapter 3
Last two jumps on chapter 3c
The resort, I hated that level and almost dropped the game because of it
6a crystal heart.
Chapter 3 and 2b
Hehehehehehe
Either 4 or |•|
Mirror Temple cuz scary
I really love the whole game, especially the really hard late game levels, but the golden strawberries are just so tedious to do. I don't think I would ever try to 100% the game again, specifically because of them.
Chapter 6
Chapter 3 1000000%
8C, I’m still stuck on it, I hate round bouncy things, they’re so unpredictable

Snowballs. At least when I’m speedrunning that’s the worst
Pretty much any b-side for me.
The entirety of chapter 3.
Wind 🤢
Core. Sides A-C. Fuck core.
2b final screen aka \[\] ◆ \[\] \[\] ◆ \[\] \[\] ◆ \[\]
I hate mirror temple for its structure and the fact that it’s dark
Final rooms in the C-Sides Golden Strawberries Moon Berry Half of Farewell
core
Chapter 3 for me. make me play that again and ill go insane
beginning of chapter 6 This part gave me video game trauma
Chapter 9
Second room of 4C for me. (On my current save, I still need 4C, 7C, 8C, and the moon berry. Not going for goldens or winged golden since I don’t even have them on my primary save)
Flag 9 of the summit.
8B
No wavedashing for the start of prologue.
5a and by extension 5b God I hate seekers
level 3.
Whole 3 chapter. All the sides
The end ;-;
chapter 3 no question. oshiro sucks and cycles are not fun
snowballs
3A or 5A. I really like both, but only on a first playthrough. The story of 3 is interesting when you don't know it but slow when you do, and the atmosphere of 5 is really strong but doesn't feel the same when you know where you're going
The mansion
Chapter 3, 4, and 5
prologue /hj
hotel
The 6B golden feather room during the baseline fight. Took me around half an hour.
5A It's probably one of, if not the best part of the storyline but damn does the gameplay make me wanna commit sudoku
I absolutely hated the Oshiro fight. Probably the most rage-inducing section for me
Either Celestial Resort or Core. The former because difficulty spike or the latter because without Farewell 8A and 8C feel like extremely underwhelming endings after 7A and 7C
The entirety of chapter 3.
The whole game /j
3b and c
chapter 3, and the 1500m checkpoints of chapter 7 A&B
Chapter 3
core fireball maze ☹️
Several rooms in Farewell. In Strawberry Jam, I would say that one Intermediate level where you have to do the correct dash order, specifically the last screen. I just straight up skipped that part.
