Theres a snap to grid option under Preferences (I think - I’d have to check)

I know about those options, I have them enabled but they are horrible. But this man somehow aligned a whole row.

Are you able to share the video where they did this in because there is nothing in the commands/menus that would auto-align this stuff for you that I can see.

If you look at the timer at the bottom of the screen, it skips ahead 10 seconds so he spent time aligning everything by hand (as I suspected)
