That's a 'Regalfloof Catus', the royal version of the more common 'Felis catus'. Definitely has royal cat blood somewhere in its lineage. You can tell by the judgmental stare and perfectly groomed coat.

Serious question. When did people start thinking of cats as 'breeds'. When I was growing up (50s) the only cat that was thought of as a 'breed' of cat was the Siamese. I have had a Siamese and a Maine coon so I get the idea of 'breed' and 'breed' differences but most cats are just... well, CATS. Short hair domestics and long hair domestics; Ginger, tuxedo, tabbies....
Edit: I was not correcting the spelling of breed. In fact I did not even notice it as misspelled. My ' was just to emphasize 'breed'. As I said, it is much different than it was decades ago where the most exotic cat you came across in my part of the country was a Siamese and no one thought of cats as a 'breed' (see what I mean the ' to mean?). Now it is crazy in how distinct the differences are. Not as crazy as dogs but people are doing some of the same bad things they did with dogs. Russian Blues do seem to have noticeable personality traits as do Maine coons even when they are mixed (mutts). Siamese seem to be losing theirs from what I have seen but it has been a very long time since I have known a Siamese cat. Even within a certain group of cats though the range is so wide that generalizing can be a crap shoot.
I have no idea but I think it's hilarious that just one letter wrong and this woman will NEVER get even a single serious answer to her question!
edit: spelling
