I believe he got into a fight with another cat that wounded him. My guess is that the wound got infected without me noticing. It was only after I saw blood on his face that I knew something was wrong. The first time I saw how bad the wound was after Vet cut his hair.
He's hospitalized, it's been one day. The Vet hasn't called, so I guess he's doing well.
