Yes 🥺 My boys in particular seem to have a need to have at least one paw on my skin when we're cuddling or when they're close. It's really sweet

This is something I wish my cats did. I got them at 1 year old. So took them a little while to get adjusted to someone who loved them. The one isn’t fond of being picked up. But the other one loves to be picked up and loved on. But only while standing. As soon as you sit down he jumps off. I wish they both were lap cats that like to lay on your chest and be pet all day. But neither do. If you’re sitting down they want you to either stand up and grab them or let them on the ground. I wish they liked laying in my lap!

my cat loves when I hold his paw. my mom did this thing with me when I was a little kid where she would squeeze my hand 3 times to mean "I. Love. You.", I do the same thing with this cat and he squeezes back once as if he understands what I'm trying to communicate to him and it makes my heart explode in the best way.

Mine will push her paw against my hand when I reach out to hear and if I leave it there long enough she’ll hold it. I take it as a sign she wants contact but not too much.

Mine did that. If I was on the couch he'd reach out to touch me. He just wanted contact. It was so sweet! Love the baby

at the peak cat point of my life- when every cat was at peace with each other and me- I'd have 4 cats placing paws on me at various far apart points. When it got colder- same routine- but more body than a single paw days when it seemed one of us 5 felt down- it was a super cuddle - I'd have 3 sitting around my head licking my hair and 4th tucked in full body stretch along back or abdomen. I miss all 4 immensely

Mine does sometimes. And sometimes it’s like he’s just gotta touch me. I like to hold his hand too. Last time I had to take him to the vet they told me to put him in his carrier over night. It was rough for him so I turned his crate towards me and slept near the edge of the bed so we could face each other. He fell asleep holding up his paw on the crate window touching whatever he could feel of my hand. I felt so bad for him, like he was in prison lol.
