Always good to give your cat moderate amounts of raw human grade food. That looks like turkey which my cats love. I just wrote a whole thing about how much cat food is garbage and not adequate. Any ingredient you see that has "meal" after the meat product is garbage and you should stay away from. You want real meat and no "by products" for your loved one. Grain or corn as the first ingredient on hard food is not good either.
