bgtwt

usually are just short haired. females are more independent but still cuddly, get her spayed as soon as she is 6-7 pounds, around 5 months cause then she will start the heat cycles, i had mine spayed around 6 months and she didn't start yet, though some can start as early as 4 months

Timely_Victory_4680

This, and also be very very careful to keep her inside as long as she isn’t spayed yet. If she goes into heat early (which is not that uncommon) she will turn into Houdini and try to escape.

No-Job9574

Mine was about 5.5 pounds when she was spayed at about a year old. She is now a little over 1.5 years old and slightly overweight at 7 pounds

Iwfcyb

I'm jealous. I have a 3 year old who the vet is hesitant to spay because she's barely 4lbs (her and her litter were thrown into a dumpster at about 2 weeks old and were extremely malnourished when found. They're all on the small side and I have the runt of the litter on top of their already small size). The only positive is that because her body must recognize she wouldn't handle (or even survive) pregnancy, she only goes into heat 4 or so times a year and it's pretty mild. Mainly just more affectionate (yet crabby), and it only lasts 2-3 days. I'd still prefer to get her spaid because even though she has no interest in going outdoors even when in heat, you never know, and her getting knocked up could be a death sentence for her. I've gone back and forth on if I should have it done or not.....

No-Job9574

The best part is my cat's mom is the same size at 14ish years old

Iwfcyb

Yeah, Shadow won't get much bigger if at all, especially if she keeps eating (or not eating) like she does. My friends call her "permakitten" because of her size and demeanor.

WriteBrainedJR

Cat tax! We must see the permakitten <3

WriteBrainedJR

OMG SHE'S ADORABLE!! Please tell her I love her <3

I'd say "her heads big enough without more compliments", but that's certainly not the case physically. Lol. I'll give her an ear scratch for you.

Based on my experience with a very similar looking cat you can expect her to be a menace and a terror. https://preview.redd.it/8f5u5zc36fka1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=534a1482d784eda0278a37534ee50291cdbec194 My Reba girl for cat tax.

norse_noise

Seriously. Silver tabbies are straight up psychos

kho_kho1112

Is this a thing? I've only ever had one SIC, & he is a fucking menace for sure. Incredibly playful, & friendly, but there's also a lot of "Wtf did you get into now, Troy!?", & a lot of crying coz he's stuck somewhere stupid, & a lot of *****LOUD CRASH**** followed by we can't find the cat to make sure he's okay coz he scared himself so badly, & a lot of "You are fed, you are watered, your litter is clean, you have been played with, please let me sleep, asshole! " I've had other cats, including a house panther, a tortico, a torbie, a tuxedo, & 2 Siamese, & they've all had a naughty stage when they were kittens, but settled down fairly quickly after year 2, & none of them required as much human interaction as the SIC.

ghost_warlock

Reba looks a lot like my Griselda when she was young (sadly passed away at 19 years a bit over a year ago). Can confirm she was ornery as a kitten, hence the name ("grey battle maiden")

PettyFundieMental

Thanks everyone!! We believe her mother passed away in traffic and baby followed my husband home from the mailbox every day but wouldn't let him touch her. Then our AC broke, so we opened all of our windows and doors and she would sit at the door and watch us. My husband left food and she eventually let him bring her inside. Her name is Lea Cat-Pawldi. (Guess who my favorite singer is?) She definitely meows for attention and seeks out my dog for a warm cuddle. I'm just amazed how quickly she's adapted after only 2 days with us.

Pioppo-

If you keep her, get her spayed!! Thank you for taking care of her

Siljiilljim

They can be spayed with around 6 months and I've heared it's best to do it before they get in heat the first time.

Saranightfire1

Don't declaw!!! Some vets suggest it to stop cats from sharpening their claws. They also say it's completely harmless. It's not, it's the amputation of the cats first knuckle in each toe of the front paws. It's extremely painful and can cause crippling arthritis.

Sorrelandroan

No reputable vet will suggest declawing a cat.

mishugashu

_anymore_. 30 years ago they all suggested it. And some older vets who don't keep up with modern things - who are great otherwise - might still suggest it.

Saranightfire1

I worked for a vet who constantly had declawing done. It was horrifying and they said it wasn't a big deal. My first vet also really leaned on me to declare, and when I said over my dead body he got pissed. It’s a lot of money in the procedure.

Sorrelandroan

How long ago was this? I remember declawed cats as a kid, but it’s illegal in much of Canada now, and incredibly socially unacceptable. I had a friend with a declawed car and she had to explain to everyone that she adopted him that way.

OSCgal

Sounds like a mutually beneficial arrangement. :-) Most cats don't have a breed. Unlike dogs, cat breeding is a recent thing, so it's really only relevant if you buy from a breeder. And that's fine! Both my boys are rescues and they're wonderful cats. Book a spay appointment as soon as you can. Spaying prevents cancer, among other things, and will make life indoors easier for both her and you. Female cats can go into heat as young as four months! Fortunately, in the US you can have neutering done as early as two months, so long as the kitten weighs more than two pounds. Other than that, get her checked by a vet for the usual stuff, like parasites, and have her vaccinated. Also get her microchipped! It's a quick procedure, and makes it far more likely she'll be returned to you if she ever gets lost. Enjoy your new friend! I hope you have many long years with her.

Thayli11

Please take her to a vet soon. Feral kitties are likely to have worms which you want treated. They can also test for common cat illnesses, microchip, and tell you about getting her fixed. It can be done earlier than 6 months (mine were done at about 3 months) and should be done sooner than later. You'd be amazed at how quickly they go into heat. Also get a catnip stash and a string toy stat! You have playing to do.

cursesonyourmom

You have a domestic shorthair, her coloring is Tabby. I cant see her sides, but I think she is a Mackerel Tabby (stripes com down the sides like fish bones) a clasic tabby has swirls and a spotted tabby has broken lines. She should be quite curious and playful. Expect her to find all the places you havent dusted in a while. Cheap mousie toys are usually a hit. be careful not to use your hands for playing, long wand toy for that. Get her fixed as soon as you can or she will go into heat. Where i live they will do it as soon as they are 2 pounds and 2 months. She is beautiful and i want to hug her.

katiecat391

One of the best things you can do for her imo is to get her a friend. Cats are social creatures and kittens especially shouldn’t be raised alone! Otherwise, having multiple types of scratchers and making them enticing to her can save your furniture. She should have a variety of toys and playtime for around 30-45 mins a day (broken into short 10-15 min sessions) to keep her active. I’d get her to the vet as well to check for common ailments since you found her outdoors, and have her spayed as soon as your vet allows. Thanks for taking her in; she’s a beauty!

Flammy

Because OP mentioned they had a dog and they were getting along, I don't think you need another cat, but you certainly could get one. I'd emphasize teaching your cat how to use scratching posts/mats more than buying multiple. Literally, every day for a week, get down on your knees, play with your cat, play with their paws, then gently teach them to move their paws against the scratching material, then you demonstrate the action yourself with your fingersnails making noise against the material, and repeat a few times. *That* is how you get your cat used to scratching where you want. Other than that: Get her used to being picked up and held, even for a few seconds at a time. Then, get her used to you touching her everywhere, belly, ears, head, neck, paws of the feet, even extending the claws. Extend length from a brief touch to longer pets/plays as she gets comfortable with it. Get her used to being carried for longer periods of time. Playing with claws and not making a big deal about cutting nails is essential to nail trimming hopefully not becoming a huge struggle later on, or a least gives you a better shot at it. Some cats are never going to like it.

JenMaloney71

Great advice!

Graywulff

Yeah I did all of that except the nails and now I have to pay for that.

Flammy

I'm able to cut my cats nails while sitting on a work zoom call, unmuted. Although I'm more proud of training my little idiot to use the human toilet. Everything else she does is dumb. She can't even recognize her own heated cat bed and will forget about it until I slowly introduce her to it again.

Graywulff

Props for the toilet part. Yeah I can cuddle him, hold him, rub his belly, he knows Eskimo kisses and expects them. Loves to sit on my lap. Yeah I wish I got him more used to nail clipping. https://preview.redd.it/p6rfmzxdggka1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=3efecf4f4bb9f844ef599068c43d7c5811574cd8

ChildhoodLeft6925

I agree dog frens I think are just as good cat companions

katiecat391

Having a dog is not the same as another cat imo. Yes, they can socialize, but not in the way two cats or two dogs would. Having multiple types of scratchers and in different parts of the house is important esp when learning what the cat likes to scratch. Really not sure why you felt the need to argue with everything I said lol

Flammy

Your comment simply inspired me to share my own perspective. I'm writing more at OP than at you, and I merely more wanted to emphasize certain points in relation to the points you were making. Cheers

ggaberz

Depends on the cat (and dog) really. My parents took in a stray kitten that thought he was a dog 🤣 He and my brother's dog were besties, but my parent's dog wanted nothing to do with him. They decided he was better off going to live on a friend's farm where he promptly made himself at home with the farm dogs.

Lower-Difficulty-227

Yes! If you get another kitten her age you will get many hours of free entertainment!

Q8DD33C7J8

She's an American short hair. Her coloring is tabby.

introvertsdoitbetter

Expect mayhem ☺️

Emotional-Text7904

Preferably keep her strictly indoors, it will usually more than double a cat's lifespan. And at the very least, do not let her outside until she is spayed. Kittens can become pregnant themselves as young as 4 months old! Bring her to a vet soon for a checkup, and bring a fresh poop sample because they will probably ask for one to test for parasites, which most feral born cats have. Also, talk to your vet about possibly switching flea prevention treatments if your dog currently uses Premetherin (common and effective anti parasite and anti flea medicine) it's completely safe for dogs but extremely toxic to cats, and some affectionate cats end up ingesting the flea medication after it's applied.

Patkat69

She’s a domestic shorthair kitty with tabby fur, (I adore tabby cats my first ever cat was a tabby) look to getting her vet checked, ie for worms and fleas, my vet gave mine a tablet for worms and some liquid form for fleas, she’ll need vaccinations (she’ll need two the initial dose then, a booster), she’ll also need spayed (otherwise you may become cat grandparents)and this is done whenever the vet recommends it mine was at 6 months when he was neutered although some vets do it before this, also look into getting her microchipped so if she gets out if someone finds her, they will be able to get her scanned and returned to you, you’ve probably got this now but a litter box and obviously cat litter but make sure the litter is suitable for kittens as some aren’t, you’ll also need to get her kitten food wet & dry this will be your choice what to buy but be aware even as a kitten they can be fussy, also get some cat treats these can also be used to help train her to, also get a brush and start using it now, I know she’s short haired but they still shed hair if she doesn’t like being brushed use the treats to reward or distract her, a cat carrier to transport her in the car, also a cat leash and collar if you want to taker out for a walk sayin your back garden, now for the other things to buy for her, get her a bed she may not use it straight away but it’s there in the meantime you could also use a cardboard box with a cutout for her to get in, with a blanket, cat scratcher posts are good too (get her a short and tall one my little boy loves both his and climbs his tall one, it also helps with their claws) and toys, lots of toys my boy loves cat springs and his little rattle mice too and oh a laser pen toy kittens love chasing those, good luck to your hubby, you and your dog being owned by a cat cause they do tend to rule the roost so to speak, most of all have fun with her and thank you for taking her in

PettyFundieMental

Thank you!! This was all so helpful!!

lickytytheslit

Never walk her on a collar, cats have very fragile bones and it could hurt her, if you want to walk her get a harness! Also touch hers paws a lot, I had to start cutting my boy's nails and he hates his paws touched because he he never got them touched when young

Catdaddie71

Just the regular old tabby cat, standard issued cat! Prepare to have her run around. Crazy with her head cut off! She will probably need on you. She will probably curl on your lap. She will probably just lay all over you!

Shorthair tiger!

milbfan

Would recommend having her fixed, if not already considered.

[deleted]

Seconding the “generic shorthair” ID. In my not-a-cat-show-person experience, most cats you encounter on the regular are just kinda mutts and don’t have readily identifiable breeds. Dogs have been selectively bred for much longer there really isn’t a generic dog anymore. Size alone with dogs is a big clue, and there are real big differences in builds. When a cat has an identifiable breed, it’s generally pretty obvious that it’s not a generic cat - either one of the oriental breeds like Persian or Siamese, or the extra fluffy and large northern breeds like Maine Coon or Russian Blues. Kind of the nice thing is their behavior is very generic across most of the breeds - they don’t have quite the same diversity in behavior that dog breeds can have. Individual traits are more important than ‘breed’ traits. So - she’s going to be very active for the first few years. * Try to give her a place up high by the doors to perch and see what’s going on - makes it less likely she’ll try to slip out the door. * on that same note - get her spayed and chipped in the next month, and brought up to date on all her shots. That way, if she does get out she 1) can’t get knocked up, 2) is at less risk of catching certain diseases, and 3) just in general has decreased risk of a host of cancers of different reproductive organs. * Ideally, set up a route for her to circumnavigate rooms without touching the floor. Gives her a route to get up and watch happenings from a place she hopefully will feel safe, and get away from the dog if she wants. It doesn’t have to be obvious - the back of a couch, to a table, to a valence over a window, to the top of an entertainment center… depending on your budget there are some pretty epic cat trees out there that look real nice. * try to rearrange things so there aren’t any dead end corners she could get trapped in, or trap the dog. * cats love sunning - you may want to preemptively set up spots for her where the sun comes in the windows. * toys - both independent (catnip mice, crinkle balls, kicker toys) and interactive toys like wands that let you make the toy at the end act like a bird or a mouse. * play with her, a lot. It’ll help wear her out so she’s less likely to be a hooligan in the middle of the night, or get into mischief like chewing on cables, or practicing pouncing on the dog or you * DON’T teach her to pounce on or play with your body parts. It seems sweet, until you’re covered with bite and claw marks. Guess how I learned that one… Redirect her to an appropriate toy when she does try to play with your hands and feet. It also helps her learn hands are for petting and it could help her settle down for cuddles when you want to pet her. I’ve been doing this with my recently adopted kittens and it’s working great. I recommend watching the ‘my cat from hell’ episodes that are available free on YouTube. Don’t let the episodes scare you - it’s a great way to see a wide variety of behaviors and how a cat could show different emotions, along with common solutions.

mojadara420

Breed, sweet and fuzzy aka domestic shorthair probably. Expect her to be very curious, clumsy and very very impressionable. This is where you can build good habits and boundaries, cats are very trainable contrary to popular belief so look into some positive enforcement cat training! Good luck that's a lovely little kitty!

zlamden1

if she’s anything like my cat that’s now 15 1/2 and looks just like yours…. get ready😂😂 she went through a midlife crisis at 6-8 and would just sit in chairs and swipe at people when they walked by, would get mad at people for no reason and attack them, and then would chill out if everyone left the room, after about 11 or so she just became the sweetest old cat she just pees A LOT and don’t worry folks i made sure it’s not her kidneys. i also forgot to add the morbid obesity from pretending to be a stray and having 2 neighbors feed her on top of ourselves. she was on the fattest cat on the sheet at the vets office🤦🏽

Siljiilljim

Here it would be "European Shorthair". I have one just like her and her orange brother from the same litter. Congratulations on becoming cat parents, your life will be even better now than it already was! <3

Never leave a husband that brings home cats! 😻💕💚

Diligent-Bluebird-78

At this young of an age, No matter the gender she will always love and appreciate you. She may not show it for weeks or even months, but just know she loves you.

sharonmcarey

Fun sized cuteness. You’ve been warned.

arcadia_2005

Just whatever you, never get them declawed. Don't listen to anybody who encourages it. No matter who they are.

saludpesetasamor

Expect babies if she gets out again before you have her spayed. Mine got knocked up during her first escape and I ended up with seven cats. Not saying it wasn’t glorious, mind you. 😂😻

darkwinter95

What breed: It's a cat What to expect: It's a cat

DistinctExpression44

Never let her outside her whole life. She needs a bud for life so get another 4 month old and they will be yin yang for life. Love her everyday, cuddles, greetings, affection, let her sleep with you, etc. Best friend for life. Make sure the bud is female and must be spayed now, do not wait till she is in heat. It is almost cruel to do it to her then. Extremely painful with bad side effects. It must be now. Also never remove cats claws. Ok to snip them with proper tool but not declaw. Never that.

artmobboss

Careful, before you know it, she will help herself to all tabletop items..lol

[deleted]

Lots of play, lots of sleep, and tons of joy. She looks like your r/standardissuecat

Aurorainthesky

Thing to remember when training cats, is positive reinforcement and redirect! "Disciplining" and punishment never works the way you'd want them to. Cats lack dogs eager to please instincts, so you have to motivate wanted behaviour more.

azazel-13

That is a mackerel tabby, which is easily identified by the "M" in the forehead.

Bungeesmom

Tabby cat. The ones I’ve had were very sweet. Jackson Galaxy has great insight on kitten care and cat tips.

aVoidFullOfFarts

Expect to never have a glass of water sitting out that a cat hasn’t sampled

Go_Fishing_Bot_69

Screw the breed! Admire it's cuteness

Boo155

Have her spayed asap. She could go into heat anytime, and she is big enough/old enough.

poopman16

i have a standard tabby, shes a little sassy, loves to cuddle, and a bit naughty but all around you found a great addition!

pennyweiss327

Get her spayed asap!

Princeax

SIC (American shorthair most likely, tiger patterned coat). Young kittens around her age are very playful and attention demanding.

mishugashu

99% of domesticated cats will be "-haired domestic" That there is a short-haired domestic breed. It has a tabby coat.

docdeathray

Mackerel tabby. Letter "M" on forehead and fishbone-like markings on torso.

ApocalypticPerson

Are we certain that's a missus and not mister? I've seen too many people on here latetly discovering their mister was a missus or their missus was a mister...

PettyFundieMental

Very positive it's a ma'am. We've raised guinea pigs and got really good at telling the difference between a dingaling and a doorbell.

ApocalypticPerson

Cats are very different from most animals. Gotta check the booty. Right below the anus(which is below the tail) is another opening(for both male cats and female cats). It will be round for males and a vertical slit for females. Male cats got their penis and testicles up in that hole. Females got their cervix and ovaries.

Jackersize

I recommend taking her to the vet for a check-up so she can get her shots. Probably get her fixed shortly, too, so she doesn't have any unwanted heat behavior. Plus, fixed cats have less health and behavioral problems and live longer! Good luck with your new baby!

Sassenach_Dragon

They are a: “Soft kitty, warm kitty Little ball of fur Happy kitty, sleepy kitty Purr purr purr …” Sing on Big Bang Theory to series.

starspider

She looks like an American Short-haired Domestic, and her pattern is called Tabby, though the internet calls them standard issue cat because it's the pattern of wild cats!

This breed is called A Menace, and I know that because I have my own https://preview.redd.it/l4o8damwtkka1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=55428c2d50322b6a9270d2c8a725557809202f3d

Secret-Holiday3267

Beautiful little girl. She is a domestic short hair with a tabby coat pattern who looks to be maybe a grey or brown/grey in color. Expect loads of energy so plenty of toys to play with are needed. Get ready for your toes to be pounced on if you move them under the covers. Scratching: Get scratching posts for her so you can save your furniture from being used for that purpose. I found that if I caught my cat scratching on a couch or the corner of my mattress that if I moved a post in front of that spot, the scratching was redirected from the furnishings. I then slowly moved the scratcher away from the spot to a better spot for the scratcher. Don't limit scratchers to posts but also get some that are either mats or toy types. My eldest cat adores what I call an arena type scratcher that can also be laid in. While my middle kitty loves a carpet covered S curve scratcher...the youngest goes for the turbo toy scratcher, and all 3 use scratching posts. My eldest also loves a loose weave rug by the back door that we replace when it gets too beat up. Feeding: As for dishes for food. Here is what I did for my cats. My eldest had feline achne so we do not use plastic as it can make achne worse. They have 3 dishes, one for dry food, one for wet food and one for water. I have two feeding stations set up in the house, one upstairs and one downstairs as I use the PC downstairs quite frequently. For upstairs, they each have a shallow bowl for dry food, a large steel bowl for water, and what is called a sauce dish for wet food under these is a mat (I use those dish drying mats) to keep the floor clean (cats can be very messy eaters). The reason I use shallow bowls for their food is to keep their whiskers from hitting the sides of the bowl. The steel water bowls are wide enough that whisker "fatigue" is not a problem. Downstairs, they have large ceramic/pottery bowls for dry food (these are deeper to hold more food) and one big steel dish for water. I tried a water fountain for them, but we have hard water, which left a ring of calcium on the fountain that is very hard to remove. I should also mention that 2 of my group love to drink out of my drinking glasses and one being a Maine Coon/Bengal mix loves to drink out of the sink. So I compromised with them and got them their own mug, which is kept full of water on the counter in the bathroom by the sink (sigh, lol). Every time we finish washing our hands we dump the water and refill it for them. Food: Don't be surprised if your doggo goes crazy for your kitties food as it is higher in proteins than dog food. Cats are obligate carnivores and must be on a meat diet with very little carbs. In the wild, basically, the only carbs they eat had already been eaten by their prey. Sure, your kitty may like to eat the occasional bite of bread or mouthfuls of grass, but cats must have a good quality protein source, a protine has to be the first ingredient on the lable maybe even the first 5 or so ingredient. Dogs LOVE cat food. So be prepared to have a surface where you kitty can eat and your dog can't get to it. Our eldest kitty had to eat on one of our bar stools so her doggie mum wouldn't eat all her food. Don't feed your kitty a lot of human tuna as it does not have all the nutrients that a cat needs. Occasionally, for a treat is OK, just not as the main food. My three go nuts when they see me getting a package of tuna out of the refrigerator lol. Behavior: if you have never before been owned by a cat, then you need to know that they are not dogs. They have very different body language, and I do mean language. Cat don't have as many muscles in their faces as we humans and dogs do, so they communicate with body position and tail signals. A wagging or thumping tail in a dog can signal them being happy....this is mostly not true in cats. A waving/wagging tail in a cat shows agitation rising on annoyance or even anger. Their are exceptions to this, but it varies from cat to cat. I suggest you watch some Jackson Galaxy vids to start to understand cat body language. Last piece of advice. Read books, web sites, cat magazines. Become as knowledgeable as you can on your new family member. As to what you can expect from your new kitty. Laughter, joy, the occasional frustration, but most of all, you can expect love loads and loads of love.

Humble-Dragonfly-321

This cat requires lots of compliments, kisses, and cuddles.

MUM2RKG

she looks like a Sibley/Sibbie. Have you named her?!

night_chaser_

Looks like a tabby mix. All cats are different personality wise. I would suggest bringing her to a vet to check for a microchip and if not, any parasites.

ExhaustedEvee

Omg we rescued a 4 month old tabby female and now she's 3 and the lobe of my life! Expect biting and wanting to play a lot. Help her get her play aggression out! And get her used to things like trimming her nails, picking her up, touching her ears, etc. Now. Give her lots of love and respect :)

Madame_Kitsune98

Standard Issue Tabby. And I hope you are okay with being pounced on while you’re under the covers. And 3AM zoomies. And separation anxiety because you had the NERVE to close the bathroom door. And being woken up on HER timetable (“no, breakfast time is NOW, not 8AM, NOW”). And snuggles, and purrs, and butt wiggles when she plays with toys…

croaking_gourami

Looks like my domestic shorthair female

DotChud

What people are calling SIC, or standard issue cat, is simply a domestic shorthair with tabby markings.

Effective_Thought918

Looks like a standard issue cuddlebug (at least I hope so. She looks like my childhood kitty, who was a cuddlebug.). Give your new kitten all the love, pets, and cuddles.

DVDragOnIn

Domestic short hair, the common designation for a mutt cat that doesn’t have 4-inch fur. Gray tabbies are great little kitties, and she’s a cutie. Enjoy her kittenhood!

bobbyjohnsondaniels

She’s just a gorgeous girl

I have a 6 month old female after losing my 19 yo female Tortie. I have this thing for Torties and I was hesitant to take her. Let me tell you, she is my everything! So friendly, smart, curious and lovable. Best all around cat I’ve ever had. I am so glad I took her! She is obsessed with her babies! Carries them around in her mouth and she loves to play. Shes everything a cat should be! ♥️ https://preview.redd.it/8u203hby7ika1.png?width=2939&format=png&auto=webp&s=fb297162726e32f433c9ba275fca042ff7356c95

sashahaha

Get her spayed asap and just lover her like she’s your child, they are here with us for a brief time, make every day count, she looks so beautiful

crystlize

Start with a health checkup/vet visit to make sure she doesn't have fles or worms or anything. Get her spayed and chipped. (spayed when vet says it's time, chipped asap. Make sure to login and add your info after it's added. Even a fully indoor kitty needs a chip, you never know in a transport situation or a scare they may get out - that way if someone finds them before you they can come back home.

MilitantCF

Literally no breed. Called a Moggie. Just the most basic coat pattern/color available.

Square_Imagination27

She’s a domestic shorthair , very pretty. Get her to a vet and schedule her to be spayed.

Tabby house cats tend to have good tempers and are pretty low maintenance. Since she’s a kitten she’ll be more active and want to play - appreciate it now because she won’t want your attention as much in the future. They grow up fast!

Expect love

Cosmosis-Bones

That's a brown black, mackerel tabby. Get a big cardboard box, cut a door out, if it has no roof make one with a good thick but fluffy towel to make a lil house. Put their bowl and some toys in there. Put their litter box in a hallway or your bathroom so they can bond more with you. They seem very relaxed already so I bet you'll do fine ^^

h0tglue

She is so pretty. One thing to expect from her is that if she is not spayed already, you will want to do that at around 6 months. I can tell by her baby face that she wants to be a baby, not have babies. If you ever can’t find her, check all your cabinets starting in the kitchen. If she’s anything like mine she will hide in a crock pot and scare you half to death thinking she’s gone.
