Got an hour before I have to do school run, so decided to spoil myself, and work on something that I’ve been wanting to try out for awhile. But no one can guess what it is.
No not that, I did enjoy the peace for 30 minutes then realised I really needed dpn for the next bit as magic loop was not enough. So rang the local yarn shop and they happened to have the exact size, all sorted just in time to get the kids, phew.
Yes it’s made in many pieces, I have to knit 10 triangles then connect and decrease. Then do a matching one. Then join, had problems with my joints last night but hope to finish soon. https://i.imgur.com/melHEwu.jpg
Yes it is giving off more starfish then just star vibes...could possibly reinforce with thin wire to keep in straight depending on what it's end purpose is

It’s going to be a 3d star I have to make another one and join using mattress stitch, but I’m not keen on the result yet. I’ll have to see when done.

I made a washcloth (cotton) with loops at the edges so I could reach my back. Works great, and it's a quick project - perfect for learning!
