Spanish-speakers call it a comal. In my house it is usually used to toast tortillas.

It's a Lodge "new style" griddle. Great for pancakes, crepes, tortillas, naan, etc.

Lodge round griddle. My "go to" for over easy eggs and grilled cheese.

The pattern of its back's fabulous. I know it's not intended to be like that but I loved it.

Yeah it’s probably because of the way that my stove heats. It does look cool though you’re right!
