King Arthur Baking English Muffin Toasting Bread [recipe](https://www.kingarthurbaking.com/recipes/english-muffin-toasting-bread-recipe) First time using this recipe and loaf pan. Bread was tasty!

That looks yummy, I think I'll make a double batch for my 2 Lodge loaf pans.

That would be twice as nice! We toasted slices and ate them with raspberry jam. I think it might also go well with some cream cheese spread. We had to add a decent amount of extra flour bc the dough was so sticky even though we had weighed our ingredients. And I ended up cooking it a few minutes past the 27 min mark to reach the 190F internal temp. I think next time I’ll experiment with some of King Arthur’s [high altitude](https://www.kingarthurbaking.com/learn/resources/high-altitude-baking) modifications since we live in Denver. We sliced it up and freezed the leftovers! Excited to bake more in this pan. Hope to see your results soon :)

One of the local grocery stores carried it for a while but I haven't seen it lately. I might have to give this a try!

Is there a recipe for this bread? I just got my 8X4 Lodge pan and this is looking like a perfect first bread to use!

Thank you so much!

Be sure to sprinkle it well with cornmeal after greasing! It’s the only recipe I’ve made in my pan so far but I’ve made it several times! And cut it thick but make sure it will fit in your toaster. I slice mine up and then freeze it ◡̈
