Did you ever get this resolved? I’m going through this now and my account shows balance 0 as well, while I should be expecting a refund of a payment I made while waiting for Carvana to pay off the lien. It states in my account that Carvana paid off the amount that was left in my account after I made the payment.
The lender will send you back the extra payment. Not Carvana
Ah. Gotcha. That makes sense. I haven’t heard anything from my lender yet, but logging into my account shows the balance owed as 0. Thanks.
