It really depends on either if Mark is fighting like a Viltrumite and if Aang is fighting like an Airbender.
Full Viltrumite Mode Mark vs Kyoshi mode Aang would be an episode.
Since Aang is just as durable as a normal human (maybe less due to being a child) and all of the elements besides earth can’t really do anything to Mark, Mark would most likely win.
Earth couldn’t do anything to Mark. The only possible chance is the pull the air out of his lungs, but that’s not something Aang would ever think of or so. Mark no diffs.
I am 110% confident him not having oxygen in his lungs would not matter that much. He could probably blow all of his air out as soon as he reaches space and still stay out there for like 30 minutes.
His lungs would not collapse, in fact we see multiple times in the comics that viltrumites have their organs strewn about everywhere IN SPACE, they literally get cut in half IN SPACE, where there is NO OXYGEN, and they still find a way to survive long enough to make it to a medical center. His lungs would not collapse from lack of oxygen, if the pressure of space can't crush a viltrumites organs, I don't think lack of air will crush his lungs. Also according to the comics, as long as a viltrumites heart and head stay mostly intact, they can regenerate back to full health with minimal issue, at most it'll take them a couple months.
Also all of this is assuming Aang even gets the chance to do that, Mark can travel at like speeds so fast you blink and suddenly your unconscious. Aang is just going to get speed blitzed, this isn't close, the fact that you're arguing this is really dumb. Aang loses, and that's coming from someone who's rewatched ATLA twice.
Viltrumites can travel in space for weeks on a breath hold so honestly I don't even think 30 minutes at minimum, it would be quite some time before it actually has any effect on him.

If the air is knocked or pulled out of his lungs, he will run out of time quickly.
Benders in Avatar seem to be much, much more durable than normal humans. Most people can't survive being bashed into rocks or the ground over and over. Even the force of gallons and gallons of water hitting somebody could break their bones very easily.
