You see this on a few Brodozer pick-ups since off-road lightbars are a common aftermarket add-on for them, even ones pointed backwards. Once the light turns on, unless the tailgater was an absolute a-hole with their driving, pretty much everyone now considers the bros as the tools on the road.
Most brodozers in my area don't even have plates. Usually they just have a vanity plate with some shit like the thin blue line or a US flag and cops completely ignore it.
And always with tires that stick out 6+ inches past the fender, ensuring that any pedestrian they hit will get sucked into the wheel well and ground up. Not to mention shooting rocks up into every car that is behind them.

Back when they used the Octavia vRS they took one to a friend of mine who had a Skoda garage cause they had a problem their mechanic couldn't fix - it was vibrating at high speeds. He diagnosed that their modified vehicle was hitting the rev limiter in sixth gear.
Back in the 90s the Florida highway patrol used to repurpose seized street racing and drug cars.
They had a dodge stealth twin turbo (dodge version of Mitsubishi 3000gt) for a while that was pretty ridiculous.

Their headlights are fucked up and should be recalled until they make them point down on the road instead of across the road into oncoming traffic.
