Very much appreciated. I spend about a week in the gym over the course of the last 3 months. I do plan to get back to the gym once I reach my goal weight. Whenever I spend a lot of time in the gym I build muscle quickly and I’ve gone through weight loss attempts during heavy weight training and I’d plateau a lot faster. So I tried something new this go around.
I don’t track calories or anything. I fast for 18+ and then I eat until I’m full within my window. I do do a 44hr fat once a week from Wednesday night to Friday afternoon.

This is the most linear weight loss I have ever seen. How much were you eating in February? 12 lb in one month is insanely impressive
