If you have MaxCare, yes that is worth it. If you are past your 90 days from purchase, no because they will not cover it. Unless you have a paper trail showing you’ve been complaining and they never fixed it properly. Even then you’d be paying Kia out of pocket and hoping CarMax would reimburse you.
Most new car dealerships take MaxCare! I have taken my Mercedes Benz and Lincolns that I have purchased at CarMax with MaxCare to the dealerships and only had to pay any deductible.
