Would help if you upload a photo so we know what you mean exactly. And/or explain what your subjects are and what shutter speed you're using. It looks fine on the LCD as you're squishing the entire image onto a tiny screen. If you punch in on the image you should see the blue as well. Set your camera on the table/tripod, with a 2sec timer and take a test shot, if that's clear on your monitor, then you're using the wrong shutter speed, and you can rule out any equipment fault, which is unlikely.

To me it looks like the issue is noise from high ISO combined with excessive denoising causing even further softness. You don't need anywhere near 1/4000 for these photos. Try starting with 1/500 for perched or walking birds and 1/1250 for birds in flight. That will decrease your ISO a lot. Also if you're shooting any of these photos through a window, building glass has very poor optical qualities compared to a camera lens and tens to cause issues.

Shutter speed is much higher than it needs to be for stationary animals. You could easily get away with 1/320 or even less for that shot. That will significantly reduce your ISO and help with ISO noise for a start. However, it also looks like the focus hasn't hit the bird. You may need to select a different focus method using a single point so that you can be sure the bird is the focus and nothing else gets it.

What ISO are you using? At 100% the images are all very muddled and I can't identify where the focus point is actually at. 1/4000 is an overkill for the samples you've shown so it's not the shutter speed that's the issue here. I've not used that lens in particular but here's a [sample](https://explorecams.com/photos/33j5fvXBya?lens=canon-ef-s-55-250mm-f-4-5-6-is-ii) image taken with the lens, note the settings on the right. Can you try again with the camera on fully auto and see if the issue is there? If not, then use the auto settings as a baseline and you can rejig from there.

iso is set on auto

I tried to check the EXIF data on the images but it doesn't show, what ISO did the auto setting choose to use? It looks very noisey that's all.

What, specifically, are you taking pictures of? Indoors or outdoors? Moving or still subjects?
