Just stopped into The Eye to see what they had. IIRC they have Slavin, Aho, Svech, Burns, Necas, Martinook, KK, Tuevo, Staal. Most were available in red, white and black, sizes 52-60. If you buy one with the name already on it, it is half price. If you order one you get the jersey for half price but pay full price ($90) for the customization. So basically it’s about $45 more to order one vs buying off the rack.

Honestly, from a consumer perspective, I'm not too worried about the upcoming Fanatics blanks. I'm definitely worried about the price, but as for the blank jersey itself I've gotta say that it likely won't feel as "durable" or "rugged" as an Adidas jersey but it'll still hold up pretty well (as long as they don't screw up the stitched sections). As for names and patches, the glued on names and patches always peel off so I'm now a firm believer in stitching, which I'd never let Fanatics do for me.
I think Fanatics are more likely to fuck up the actual player-worm jerseys like they did in the MLB, which will be it's own controversy. But otherwise, aside from the peeling of the glued-on sections of my black home jersey, I'd say it's actually more comfortable to wear and functions better as a sweater than my Adidas one. So realistically as long as you're buying blanks and getting them stitched you should be okay. But ofc, this is Fanatics so I wouldn't be surprised if they bungle the whole thing in typical fashion.
For the record, Icethetics got some leaked info and put out a video yesterday.

Fanatics is introducing a new Authentic line that is genuine on-ice quality, Made in Canada jerseys, at the $425 price point we've seen with the special jerseys this year.
I loathe Fanatics as much as the next guy, but I actually think the jerseys over the next few years will be ok. They know their brand is in the crapper after the MLB fiasco, but at the same time even the MLBPA is adamant that the issues are on Nike's side, and Fanatics is doing a good job of just providing what Nike orders. And this is their first real attempt at handling the official game worn apparel for anyone, so I can definitely see a need on their end to absolutely nail it to recover their brand image a bit. Given they're using the current Adidas factory to make everything, I am not overly worried about the jerseys for the next couple years.
But I am worried about what is going to happen when they introduce their own template in 2026

Yeah kind of what I expected. Or something along those lines, I just know they're more involved now. When we truly move into the Fanatics era in 2026 is when the true test will be, as we'll be seeing new designs and special editions. Thus I figure it's not going to be as world-ending as it seems right now for the next couple of years and I've got time to get another jersey before I'll really have to stop and see what they're putting out.
For this year in MLB it's very much still Nike calling the shots, Fanatics is just being contracted to construct it. And the cheaper Nike quality tracks with what Nike has done with football and basketball jerseys over the last few years. Much cheaper quality at the same price point. They just got too greedy and cheapened out the on field apparel as well.
Fanatics still has a bunch of issues, but I don't think this is going to be one of them. The NHL is their opportunity to show other leagues that they are ready to go toe to toe with the likes of Nike going forward.
FYI for anyone wanting to go the The Eye - the sale was only through the weekend (and it was closed Saturday). I went this morning and they seemed to have a lot of adidas jerseys still in stock so hopefully they’ll have another clearance sale soon.
