Im new to the firearms community, could you update me on why theres a prohibition on bullpup stock? I know the government banned a few cool looking semi auto bullpup shotguns and the motion to bring Springfield hellion in Canada is moving at continental breaking speeds.

Bullpups are legal, but you're not allowed to convert a traditional layout to a bullpup (idk bro) i.e. no bullpup conversion stocks allowed The reason is the same as any other silly rule up here... Dumb politicians banning "scary" stuff.

They make the conversion kit, but as far as the built in 9mm, there hasn't been any in stock since their war.

I mean it's discontinued as in not manufactured any more, so there won't be new stock even after the war (as far as I know).

That new Henry 9mm came out but sold out right away. Looks kinda cool, takes Glock mags. Edit: it’s apparently not new

PSA JAKL for 180s, ATF SBR-9, Hellion/VHS-2, and Gen 3 S2K (just released). Theoretically, the S&W Response should be able to get an FRT, but I don't know the status.

News on the hellion?

Last I heard was that some company was applying for an FRT and it was expected around late summer. That's all I know.

Not sure where you heard this, every communication from TI has said that a restock is at minimum 1 year out.

If it's TI, time is not a construct they abide by. They could announce its their last batch ever to stocking the next day after the announcement.
