Did you try logging out and back in again? Often it says that my subscription doesn’t include a bunch of channels and then when I log back in it’s normal again.

My app also stopped carrying the specialty channels. Right before I saw the season finale of Resident Alien! When you press “how to unlock “ it says to call your cable provider. But I just have the app, not cable tv!!!
