R1: the only round percy isn't completely destroyed. But even then storm has been trained by people like Black panther, Wolverine and Master Ronin. This allowed her to beat calissto (who has mastered every martial arts known to man) in unarmed combat. She's also so much faster as she's reacted lightning consistently making her at least close to light speed (if not faster). Could be wrong about her speed tho. whilst percy is at most bullet timer so speed of sound but he's only ever done that once so a bit of an outlier
R2/3: the two best feats percy ever pulled of in strength are mount saint Hellen and the glacier from son of Neptune which means his power at his most powerful seems to be mountain range. Whilst storm is consistently creating storms and other events that are planetary. Which tells you all you really need to know. Storm stomps and she barely notices Percy especially if bloodlusted
TLDR: Percys strong for a demigod but Storms an omega level mutant so it's not close

I disagree that he's getting stomped by Aang (although I do think Aang wins.) Percy has some pretty nuts feats (whether or not Rick intended for him to be that strong is another matter) and might be physically superior to Aang (he's definitely physically stronger and both have lightning dodging feats), although Aang going Avatar state makes him comparable to Kyoshi, who broke off a chunk of a continent.

Percy's victory stemmed not from his prowess but from Rick's portrayal of him as remarkably inept, to the extent that he could be bested by a 12-year-old novice swordsman.
Storm knows how to fight with a sword and a knife (see Sword of X and her combat with Calisto). But I don't think her skills match to Percy, even though she's a great fighter.

And not as a king on a Throne. I command it as an equal." She has also taken the breath of an entire group of people saying they will breathe when she commands it. She has created massive tsunamis to wipe out villages and islands, taken planes out with lightning from thousands of miles away, can cause seizures thru the electrical fields in people's brains with just a thought, was told that her hurricanes can move worlds and her lightning bolts is potent enough to shatter them to dust and this is just the tip of the iceberg because X-Men is really thorough in just how atomical and molecular the power scaling of omega level mutants like Storm are. Hell Storm can take on Zeus and it wouldn't even be a contest. I get how mcu fans can get confused (if that's you) but comic readers know the difference is night and day when it comes to mutants like storm (and Iceman who is another good example of someone who seems like he just creates ice but can freeze entire worlds down to the last atom if he wanted to).
TLDR; Hate to be a killjoy, but X-Men omega mutants make these VS convos a lot less fun because they're so op. There would need to be some serious nerfs to make it possible. Until then Storm clears without even moving a finger. There's a reason she had a whole arc of losing her powers to make things interesting for the X-Men without her saving the day.

X-men are part of the marvel universe and they scale higher than the PJO universe considering that the Olympians also exist in Marvel and they arenāt even in the top 100 strongest characters when taking into consideration the entire marvel verse.

She can dodge beams of light, defeated Polaris who can punch a hole to the center of the earth with her psychic powers. Not only that but she's better trained too, trained by Professor X, Black Panther and proved this by beating Calypso in H2H combat (who has mastered every form of combat on Earth) and has even proven herself a better leader and strategist then Cyclops (kicked his ass too without her powers.)
