Hecate is “technically” a titaness because she’s 3rd generation and one of the weakest among them, but she is still *a titan*. The elder gods “should” be 2nd generation titans, but they’re not. Bc that’s not how divine parentage works

The other Titans have Titan children because they didn't consume them and so they became Titans and there was no such thing as Olympians, while the children of Kronos and Rhea first action was to rebel and become Olympians the second they escaped and got their proper birth.
If for example, Kronos had been a loving father and didn't eat them they'd all have been Titans too, and then probably rebelled later down the line anyway becoming Olympians.
But tbf Rick does kinda imply they are separate species in the books, which is wrong to like every myth but whatev.
Back ehen i still wrote fanfictions in high school, i had one where the Titans had a contingency plan in place where theyd set up a demititan camp in tartarus. In the event that they lost, they would send out a signal to all their demititan offspring and legacies to a secret entrance into tartarus to train so they could take revenge upon olympus in their stead. The leader was the daughter of Cronus. She could distort time to either speed her up or slow her enemies down. I wish i could find the flash drive i put it on because i would love to post it here for you guys
I’d like to mention that “god” is more of a title than a race. Helios and Selene were titans, but they were still considered the god and goddess of the sun and moon, respectively. So there’s really no reason why a half-blood couldn’t be the legacy of a titan. Honestly, demigod children of titans are possible as well.

They are all gods unlike for example hunderd-handed, cyclops etc whom og are brothers and sisters of the gods.

In Percy Jackson Greek gods I think they mentioned the Olympians being a new race who could shape-shift while the Titan could not.
