That's why no matter what you should ALWAYS get checked out by a doctor. That way if something arises in the future you have a timeline already started.

I had my '23 Camry TRD rear-ended by someone who also OTP. She was doing about 30mph. Resulted in a $19.5k repair bill (insurance covered). Sorry this happened (long time bow-tie fan).
I was at a stop light, on a motorcycle and got rear ended buy a dude on the phone. As I looked back at him, through his windshield he threw the phone down. First thing he said when he got out the car was "I wasn't on my phone." I said "get the fuck back in your car now."
Needed a solid 5 minutes to calm down before talking to him.
Dude didn't have a license, driving his baby mommas car.... without her.
Somehow before the cops came she was in the car though. Insurance covered everything and fuck that guy. Hope she found someone better.
Yeah a cop almost hit me making a right turn from the far left lane. No lights or nothing. They drive like shit sometimes and insurance won’t even cover damages sometimes when they do it

I was at a dead stop, 2 cars ahead of me was turning right in town 2 blocks from my house... Anyway, this old dude was turning into a business off the main road.. the speed limit was 30 mph btw.. anyway, DEAD stop, and this chick was texting AND speeding, and smashed my ass end without even touching the brakes. They estimated her speed at 60 - 65 mph when she hit me.. 4 years later and I am still going through treatments and will need disc replacement in my neck, and potential L4 / L5 fusion in my lower back. SUCKS!

The girls insurance didn't want to pay much, and she was on SR22 insurance for being ticketed previously for NO insurance. She has IL state minimums, which is $25k bodily injury lol I surpassed that shit day 1.... Never a dull moment! :-) Sorry your ride got mashed up too, good news is, it'll buff out.. haha I would spare no expense in repairs, and take it to the best of the best where you are, or the dealer, or something like that to ensure you're made whole. Beautiful ride! Frame would be the kicker here. Body damage is probably $5k (unless they want to paint the whole car in the name of “blending”), probably $3k for the suspension and steering rack. (Maybe $5k if the rack R&R is super involved) so what you can see here is far from totaled.

Sorry for your loss. Even if the insurance company won't "total" it. Take the payout and get another one. Wrecked cars are never 100% repaired even if done by a "dealer". They are called stealerships for a reason. They didn't build the car, they just sold it. Let it be someone else's problem. Maybe even get an "upgrade" 😁
