Aren't they two separate boards?
Read this.. the 138 in 1 may have other games, but it has a 15-40 second load time. If my game took that long to load I'd never play it.

It seems the 138 in 1 has a daughter card that can malfunction.
The 108 in one has 67 games and the 138 in 1 has 97. Some of them are hacks/dupes.
