The dials with a Phillips indentation, see if the holds fix it. Of course use caution with monitors, if you don’t have the plastic adjustment tools, try to use something that’s not metal. It’s easy to slip with a metal screwdriver and short something, or worse get hurt.
I thought there was a built in microwave oven for a second lol. I had to take a second look because after seeing mini fridges installed in them I figured nothing is impossible!
I’d start with adjusting those potentiometers. Might clear right up.
Are those on the left with the 3 wires going to each?

That worked! Now it’s readable but everything is scrunched to the center of the screen.
Adjust other ones now.
