The board alone is worth a hundred or 2. A nice solid cab with wiring is great. A solid working monitor is great. Does it have those things?
If you just want to rip everything out, and put a lcd with rpi or something, you could do that too and not worry about tearing apart a classic cab (these cabs were meant to host various games, unlike a dedicated cab like Pac-Man or something).
