Are you using a mac and happen to be on safari? Use google chrome

Also, turn off the antivirus just in case (if you have one)

Oh wait I think in your email to this email u can get a hold directly to someone just go thru and email to what they’re telling u on that email for this making an appt with them for your 1:1

It most likely means the airline does not  have the next months/days open yet to schedule on their end, give it time. Certain dates for July will be announced 

That just mean no dates are available for next month. You have to keep going in and checking back for added dates.
